The food is good, I’ve never received bad customer service from them — they’re always nice, and the restaurant is spacious and clean. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars and not 5 is because they’re so greedy with the protein sha ? a whole platter of rice and only 3 pieces of beef, only one piece of turkey like your protein is gone before you’re even halfway with the rice. I’d rather pay slightly more per platter and get even 5 pieces of meat. The only way to get extra protein is to buy an entire order of meat which is $15 and that winds up being way too many, no happy medium. Other than that though, the food is good. Except the goat, they need to cook the goat on a lower temperature for a little longer, it’s TOO tough. You’ll be fighting the meat just to take a bite.

Young guy with the glasses is very rude! I called before coming in for a meat pie, 10 meat pies! I got there and only saw 3! I asked him if there was more and next thing he said whiles walking away is “ we are always coming in here asking stupid questions “ in TWI! Thinking I’m American or something. I left the store and didn’t get the meat pies I drove 30 minutes for

I ate the egusi soup with goat meat and fufu. Although I wish the Egusi had more taste and spice, it was still wonderful. The goat meat had some texture to it. When my mother received the jollof rice with goat, she claimed the goat was so tough that she had to find small portions that weren't too tough to eat. I think the Union location is superior since they have better Egusi.

The food is not tasty. The meat was over cooked and tough , the stew was sweet instead of savory and the shito was blended fish . The one in Union is way better .

It was the end of the night so the food was sitting for awhile. However the red snapper was still tasty and jolliff rice was delicious. With that being said. I asked for fufu and soup. I think the woman gave me something I didn't order. I believe this because I can't understand their language and I had no idea what I wS ordering.
