The rice and beans were bland no flavor unless black pepper was the flavor they were going for. The chicken was tender but not flavored well.the plantains were delicious.

Was walking home and stopped by to grab something to eat. Customer in the store recommended to try out the Curry Goat. I got the Curry Goat lunch special, stepped outside the store and eat the entire plate in 5 minutes flat.
Had to come back in the store and tell the workers it was one of the best things I've eaten in a while. Will definitely recommend to anyone!
Also the customer service is amazing and very kind staff!

The oxtail here is fantastic. Got it with the mac and cheese and mixed cabbage. Plantains were sweet and firm without mushiness, sauce from the meat matches the mac well. Parking can be challenging, meals run expensive, and at times service will be slow because there's limited staff.

I was unsure about the ackee in my Salt fish that I wanted to purchase Rhonda gave me a small test taste and I loved it!. The meal was really tasty and well seasoned. Appreciate how she went out of the way to .are sure that I was happy. Will go back!

Despite a bug being in my food before, I still went to this restaurant and actually bought people in with me to also get food. The person serving my food named “Kay” literally got upset cause I asked why I get a little bit of food. She says it’s only 4 pieces of chicken for a 12.50 order of Roti . Which I said is unreasonable she turned around and told me. “Go to my favorite Jamaican restaurant then” so my sister no longer wanted to order and I was asked for my refund to be issued.

What a refreshing experience!!! The oxtails with rice and peas, cabbage and plantain was to die for. So good I was gnawing on the bones. But that’s just the beginning. These ladies are the friendliest Jamaicans I’ve ever met in a restaurant. You are greeted with warm smiles, spoken to respectfully and treated like a longtime friend. Definitely will be back!!!
