Let me first start off by saying that the owner and general manager (sean) are very nice and do their best to rectify the problems. A few months back a female delivery person showed up with an entourage and one of her friends urinated in my parking lot. A few weeks ago I placed another order and the delivery guy still hadn't shown after an hour I called, the person who answered the phone said, "yo ma chill he got mad deliveries". I told him to cancel the order and he said "it don't matter but you ain't gettin ya money back for 5-7 business days so you might as well wait". I said sweetheart you have me confused I will take the refund no problem and I'm headed to tops diner to eat, that's not my only money I can still afford to eat. Today the delivery guy wanted to argue about the location of my residence (I've lived here 19yrs). He was raising his voice and cutting me off midsentence as I'm trying to direct him to me so much so that I asked him to get off my phone. I called the store and got the general manager and informed him of the situation and that this was the last straw the pizzeria around the corner will get all my business from now on.

Ordered over an hr and a half ago and still haven't received order this is utterly atrocious. No call to inform of delay nothing at all...smfh
