I swear a day ago I decided out of nowhere and said “I want kfc” so I decided to head out to this kfc (since it’s the only one around my crib) once I got there the service was nice workers greeted and stuff like that I placed my order and as I looked around the area was decently dead there might have been three or 2 people in the dinning area after awhile I got my order and decided to eat there this is where the two star comes in how the hell my chicken which is piping hot comes out hella dry I’m not one to complain so I just decided to finish up the only thing that was good were my fries. Overall the place got nice service but for my experience I ended up with dried up chicken

All of these reviews are accurate about Irvington Springfield Avenue my experiences is with night crew. So,people go to East Orange Central Avenue they have new management the food is fresh and the chicken is amazing better deals too. A chicken place with no chicken they had no extra crispy. They didn't even have ten pieces of chicken and told me I gotta wait until it cooked 20 minutes and I waited after 20 minutes still didn't even drop the chicken they were very, very rude this is the second time this happened the same 2 peoplethe first time I waited 45 mins for my online orderThe night management if there are management at night and crew here is no good. They need to be retrained They have no chicken when people come in, You make you stand there, wait 20 minutes before they even ask you a question. I stood there twenty minutes and they still didn't drop the chicken and tell me.I gotta pay for it and wait twenty minutes. I was doing it on my order again. I just wanted to make sure they had chicken this time. They were very very rude again That's not right The chicken is very good but the stress is not worth it. I opened this store over twenty two years ago, and we and KFC had better standards then it's a shame that they don't even care if the company make money 'because right now. The company is losing money because they don't have chicken ready because they're lazy. She sat in the office like 15 minutes. The other girl on drive thru ignored me only 2 people there I had no one to talk to no one would answer my question. They kept brushing me off. Walking right passed me They don't speak English. Well, they cheat people when they come in. I seen it for myself. They don't understand people when they come in, and they're give them what they want to give 'them. After they pay and said oh well the gentleman was spanish but i understood him these 2 ladies dont care please get a new night crew

The employers are working very slowly. They don’t have skills and experience to handle with customers. This first time I visit this place and will be the last time I enter this place, it doesn’t deserve event one star

Don’t Order online exclusives or make mobile orders for this store. They cancel the order before you arrive cause they don’t want to honor discounts or coupons. But they advertise using the app. The manager and the employee don’t even try to be helpful. They just say it’s cancelled call support and walk away.

I ordered KFC via Postmates tonight. They had a BOGO offer for two KFC Famous bowls. I ordered two without corn. So I should have gotten two bowls full of mashed potatoes, some gravy, melted cheese and chicken nuggets. What I got was mostly gravy, 4 stale nuggets each, a little melted cheese and a little mashed potatoes. I also ordered 2 half-gallons of mountain dew that came half full. The thing that annoyed me the most was they left of my two pieces of chicken. Postmates refunded me for the missing chicken but are trying to give me trouble about the bowls. I admit I hadn't been there in a while. It seems the quality of the food and service has gone way down and they should be ashamed. Do better.

This place lack customer service. I ordered food and I told the lady I wanted chicken breast. The lady said it was only one chicken breast left. I asked the lady if they were going to fry some of the breast and she told me I would have to wait for 16 minutes for the chicken breast. I said no problem I would wait. She then asked again that is going to take 16 minutes? And I said yes. After waiting for the food and she handed the food to me I asked if I could get KFC sauce and the lady said is 25 cents. I asked if she was sure I had to pay for the sauce and the lady gave me a chicky answer.”No I am not sure”. I never paid for a sauce before so I was confused about what was going on . I paid for the one sauce and when I got home I realized the lady didn’t even give me any ketchup but instead 6 hot sauces

I take to go in the place and tried to use the women's bathroom since I am a woman, and the "Manager" told me that it was only for employees, that I had to use the men's, which was super dirty

He and the workers were super derogatory and had a very bad attitude.

I went to eat with my partner in the parking lot and the "Manager" (The one that appears in the photo ) came out to treat us badly.

We prefer to leave the place, but we won't go back there

Another place where management or ownership is not training workers on customer service. In 05/31/24 12:00pm who ever is working the drive thru comms needs to change position. I started off by saying a drink I wanted the worker quickly answered back “is that all” that was her answer for every time I ordered something. Companies need to do a better job with teaching employees exemplary customer service when working in fast food. By the time I come to the window I asked for a the #15 sandwich only she didn’t know what that was and just made me something random that she thought was a #15. Then she still ended up giving me the wrong order. Training here has to be better.

This KFC IS HORRIBLE. I placed an order for pick up. I go in and a few older gentlemen were scolding the employees. Why? Cause they were already an hour in waiting. So after 20 minutes of me waiting I ask one of the inept workers about my order. The FOOL says 16 minute wait for chicken. These people were fools, absolute fools. They continued to take orders without informing anyone of wait times. Buffoons, charlatans, fools, idiots, halfwits. I am angry. Not to mention the half dozen guys picking up mobile orders. EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION NEEDS RETRAINING. I was able to fortunately cancel the order I placed online for pick up. I'll be at Popeye's.To summarize. DON'T GO TO THIS SUBPAR fried chicken spot. location is rundown, the employees are bottom of the barrel. The chicken is subpar ( mac & cheese is valid )Go across the street to Popeye's.
