Am just leaving this place right about now . Very annoying , slow lazy and rude staff . Can’t even learn simple basics of a small restaurant . Can’t expect them to manage or work in any big organization with their mentality . Waste of time going there . Literally
I recently had a disappointing experience at the KFC located at 841 Springfield Avenue in Irvington New Jersey. The food quality was poor, with the potato wedges being dry and stale, and the classic chicken sandwich meal tasting unpleasant and unappetizing. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.

The girl who was working at this time was very rude; people like that shouldn't be serving customers.
Took 30 mins to receive my food one of the casheirs had a attitude. When I asked her an chicken wings. When I got home chicken look wet and nasty Mac n cheese was terrible and the potatoes wedges was dryed out.
Be very careful with your credit or debit card. They steal your information. In the drive-through, I noticed when I gave my credit card the cashier and African woman flip it over so the credit card number faces her. Red-Flag. Watch them. I’m going to contact Corporate and report them. Fraud credit card information theft.

has no idea what she is doing. 15 minutes to make 1 meal is outrageous
Let her lean the bathroom
The restaurant was clean; however, the staff was not attentive to customers in the dining area. Several guests, including myself, were left unacknowledged for several minutes. One customer left after waiting close to ten minutes without being greeted, even though the restaurant was not busy.
While I was waiting for my takeout order, another customer entered and had to step up to the counter to get the staff’s attention. The employees continued their tasks without acknowledging her until several minutes later, when they finally came to the counter to hand me my order and assist her.
Additionally, the packaging for my order was messy. Honey BBQ sauce had spilled all over the outside of the bag and containers. It appeared the employee may have bagged the order while still wearing gloves covered in sauce. Removing the gloves or wiping the containers before bagging would have made a noticeable difference.

Just got our meals. We ordered 3 combo meals and she forgot out COOKIES which we didn’t realize till we were home. It she didn’t want to give us sauces forks and she was upset for some reason. Joy was at the window her name is on the receipt. She was very rude and impatient. She needs to smile more. Customer service is top tier.

This is one of the worst KFC I have ever seen, people here are rude... I definitely do not recommend anyone to spend their money here. I am an actual customer visiting Springfield and just had my worst KFC experience.
