I ordered food from this location and was extremely disappointed. The food tasted old and not fresh at all. When I called to speak with the manager, he was rude and had a terrible attitude. Halfway through the conversation, he hung up on me and wouldn’t answer when I tried calling back. Terrible service — I definitely do not recommend ordering from this place!

I typically don't patronize KFC because the quality has gone down but some locations in the US still have half decent food. But after this last visit now I know I'm staying away for good. Awful food and service. The service time was actually fast but the guy serving me did not have a care to give. He rushed me in taking my order, was very abrupt, and didn't listen, which resulted in him giving me the wrong order. As I was pulling up a young lady stuck her hand up out of the window and signaled for me to stop and wait. I don't know what the difference would've been to wait at the window instead of sitting in the car in the dark alley. When my order was given to me I received fries instead of the mashed potatoes I clearly requested. And then I asked for green beans and he thought I said gravy. At the window he said they don't have green beans and that he charged me for a gravy. So I paid for something I didn't even want. I was annoyed and didn't want to stay there any longer so I drove off. Once I got home and tasted the chicken was overcoooked and had zero seasoning except for the over salty hard chicken skin. I was super disappointed. I wasn't even able to stomach it all. Had to throw it away.
Get new workers and ones with a better attitude who know how to prepare the food. Or close this store down. This was nasty.

KFC, you guys can never seem to get delivery orders correct , for one why are the sides not warm enough the chicken was slightly warmer than the sides and please don’t blame delivery driver because I got my order within ten minutes or less, I honestly feel no one taste the food or drinks at all, tea did not taste like tea, the chicken skin was moist and salty, sides I had to reheat . Highly disappointed and probably won’t eat here for a while.But Why is it you can get it right in store but not with delivery? Make it make sense.

Do not order from this KFC on Uber eats by far the worst portions I ever seen my macaroni and cheese was literally less than one spoon, The biscuits was smooshed up and smashed up. It looked like someone packed his food in a rush and KFC closes late. I ordered my food three hours before you guys close so there’s no reason to rush my order. It looked horrible. Completely lazy service if you can’t do a simple job like fast food then maybe you shouldn’t be working in fast food. This is one of the easiest things to do pack food put it in the back and that’s it. Why is that so difficult? Why does the food look so unreasonable?

I went there for pickup something and they took 20 minutes the lady was super rude and they let burn the chicken that was in the oven
They took too long to wait on the customers they had two people serving the window even though it was only two people there but you seem like one could have waited on the window and the other one could have took the incoming customers it was very terrible I would never go there again and the chicken wasn't hot it was cold I got chicken tenders and it wasn't even done
