We ordered 12 piece classic wings and they are not real chicken. Definitely lab grown. What are the feeding us? Is it because we're in the hood? I would like to call channel 12 news to report this. They are all pink. Looks very weird. My son will not be eating that. $21 down the drain in this hard economic times. Smh. We should not tolerate this.

I order delivery from this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen every week, and my order is never correct. Every single time I ask for spicy tenders, I receive regular tenders instead. They also consistently forget sauce and utensils, even when it’s clearly listed on the order.

At this point, I’ve had to switch to pickup and use Uber just to make sure I actually receive my food correctly.

What’s even worse is the in-store experience. Customers are waiting 5–10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges them, and the service feels disorganized. The environment doesn’t come across as clean or professional, and honestly, it’s concerning.

Standards need to be better. This shouldn’t be happening repeatedly every time I order or visit. The staff needs to be trained properly or replaced, because the service is consistently unprofessional and nasty what I’ve seen.

I came to this popeyes Tonight on a Thursday night and man it took over half an hour to get food. I ordered for my family so yes I understand it was a lot of food but still. To start off when you come to the Drive Thru I had to repeat the order like 5 times because apparently the person couldn’t hear me which is truly frustrating. Then had to wait 15 minutes because they didn’t have Spicy Chicken ready which is an inconvenience truly. I don’t understand how this is a Restaurant known for its chicken and you don’t have that ready. When it came time to bring my order to the car the employees were apologetic for the inconvenience so I appreciate that. Overall, I just feel when it comes to preparation they should do better.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. The team at Popeyes 834 Springfield consistently gives us the best food ever — fresh, hot, flavorful, and prepared with real care. Every visit feels like they’re going above and beyond.

The staff is friendly, fast, and always gets the order right. You can tell they take pride in their work and in serving the community.

Thank you to the whole team for delivering amazing food and great service every single time. You deserve all the stars.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Your chicken will be undercooked, your Mac&Cheese will be practically Play-Doh. Whenever you do return back your improperly made food, the manager will either curse you and and argue with you, the co-workers will make fun of you and you're going to leave regretting you ever even thought of spending money there. I have been personally tolerating this location for years because of the convenience and in hopes of it being like it used to be. But honestly, that hope no longer serves to support them and you should expect better out of your money anyway. Screw this location. Find better elsewhere.
