An hour or more of waiting, the rest is fine
Went here this morning the manager is so horrible the cashier in the drive thru took my order I ask a question to the lady he had a nasty attitude towards her like sir she’s doing her job please do yours terrible for business I am not familiar with that area but omg he’s terrible!!
I'm tired of going places and I can't understand my server or they can't understand me the food is way too pricey two piece of chicken for $14 come on

Bring back people who speak English....Americans can't understand anything the employees say at this Popeyes and no Americans are being hired
The worker Destiny was a great help and even though I had a big order she was able to pack the order with a smile and made us laugh 😃. I'll come back just for her.
Very bad service these people who are there do what they want they never understand what one asks and they give them what they want and very little food and if you ask for a combo something is always missing

I went there to pickup my order, the worker keep skipping me and didn’t even acknowledge my presence until I got mad😡 and cancelled the order. This place is trash 🗑️

Since Management changed the service and food quality isn’t good whenever I order from there. Fries supposed to be crispy not soggy and cold. The chicken wings tasted old and reheated. (Not fresh) Basically a hit or miss and waste of money. Will not be eating from here

Parking: So many things are interesting if you're looking for a special place to eat.
The manager had workers wearing gloves, but the manager himself would handle money, work on the register, go handle food to cook, then make customers orders. I had to argue with the manager to put on gloves with the other employees or allow someone else to make my order. The manager still made my order, and I refused it twice before another employer made my order. The manager running the Irvington, Springfield Ave., doesn't offer clean serviceable restaurant.

This place is not ever a sure bet when you go there it’s always hit or miss. Today I was missing the two pieces and a biscuit of chicken that you get after ordering a large drink from answering the survey. I also ordered the big box special with a Brest and a wing and got a Brest and a thigh instead. I called the store and explained what happened and was told to bring back the receipt. I explained that the drink was on the receipt and the big box but not the free items. The women on the phone said bring the receipt and they will know. When I got back to the restaurant the manager told me to come back in the morning. The previous cashier and manager was gone. During the meantime I was being told by a woman with security on her T-shirt that I was holding up the line and that’s the way Popeyes works she used to work here too, and that he had no power to fix the problem. He could clearly see that the large drink was on the receipt but considered me a liar. He claimed that he couldn’t find out who answered the phone and had no phone number to call and ask the previous manager about my phone call. When I turned to leave he and the women were laughing.In other words couldn’t care less. I am a senior citizen and have better things to do the waste gas and energy running back and forth. I want a full refund nothing less.
I understand I went late but I felt the chicken received was old and tasteless. Not the best Popeyes. Won't return

Food always fresh chicken is hot juicy and fresh and the service is great very helpful they recommend sales they actually have going on in an effort to help you save that's honorable ??
