I went there for uber eat delivery pick up yesterday February 12 th 2025 for delivery pick up ,when I asked the lady if the drink is included she got mad and starts talking loudly and disrespectful to me .confim confirm confirm . and she trew the food to me .when I was trying to tell her that in the uber eat app I have seen that the order has drink, she didn't even try to listen to me. I told her that they should take care of delivery drivers because we are team.

The food was definitely off this visit which surprised me as it's always good... Maybe it's because they were super busy but that chicken tasted like they just floored it without seaaoning...

Do not go here rats n roaches in the kitchen and roaches will be in your chicken box rude manager has no customers only people hungry in the area not from them!!!!!!! Be aware!!!!!

Ordered the new #2 with bacon and cheese. Charged me for 2 original sandwiches and got exactly that.Went back for the right order. They just placed cheese and bacon on the sandwich I brought back in. (Would've preferred a fresh one)When fixing the order, they rightfully charged me for the new #2 sandwich with cheese and bacon. But no BBQ sauce. ?? which is supposed to be on it. Oh well.
5 booths, 7 tables, and not a soul in there. Ordered through the app, but when I walked in, nobody asked if I needed any help. After several minutes, I was approached, gave my order number, handed the sandwich, and walked out. Small portion of chicken, squished buns. Thankfully it was free through the app.

Well it's Popeyes can't really go wrong. However, this location was very slow. I think I waited a good 7 min before I was able to get help. No one smiled or greeted the customers. As you can see her back is towards us. I took this picture after waiting 5min at the counter.
