Placed a very large order for delivery and only half of the order was delivered. I called the restaurant on Mill Rd in Irvington. I must admit I was a bit irate because this isn’t the first time this has happened and I had 3 hungry kids looking at me! The manager, Youssef was very professional and apologetic about the situation. He remade my entire order and made everything right!! His customer service is on point!

People i can't talk about all these other negative reviews, but I have been coming here for almost 2 months on my lunch break with my employees and I don't find nothing negative to say. From the moment you walk in if it's not busy they great you nicely and are ready to serve you with a smile. I only drink water when i go there they went the extra mile to get me a water instead of telling me like other places that say we dont have any or we dont serve water. They...

We have a huge party every summer, and every summer we use this location to provide the chicken and biscuits for 100+ people. The food was delicious, obviously, but I’m here to talk about the service. The staff was incredibly helpful as I placed my order, and the food was ready and boxed up exactly when they promised it would be.
