Let me just say this.... his collard greens (no meat) will have you stomping ya feet because they are so damn good! I fell in love with the Mac and cheese cups at a previous event that he catered. I love it because we all know the Mac is the first thing to go. The individual servings are perfect. The fried chicken was well seasoned but not salty. That's a plus in my book. The BBQ chicken was also tasty and not overly seasoned. Salmon was delicious and cooked at the perfect temperature. This man throws down!!

For my sisters repass we had the fried fish and to this day my family still talks about how good the food was. Thats exactly why i had to use Chef Roscoe for my daughters sweet 16. Talk of the party!!

Big thank you to chef Roscoe. I needed a thanksgiving caterer and just googled I think something like “Black-owned thanksgiving caterer”, something like that. He came right up. The food was amazing. Everyone loved the mac and cheese cups. Definitely plan to use him for future events!

I am SO glad I came across this one.Firstly, I can’t say enough about Mr. Roscoe’s friendly and professional demeanor. He was extremely responsive and gave us superb customer service from the door. He exceeded our expectations in every way. His delivery was prompt and he went above and beyond with the food. Apart from everything on our menu being DELICIOUS, we tasted the LOVE. Everything was flavorful and savory and came hot and ready to eat. Everyone at the party commented and asked where I got the food catered from and I almost wanted to keep it a secret for my own benefit!Mr. Roscoe, you completed my event with your culinary skills - we will be using your food catering services again in the near future. I was looking for someone local to our friend's area to order food for a most somber occasion. I don't live in Irvington, but they do. I started searching caterers in the area and RMT Buffet Catering came up. I read his prior reviews, had a good feeling about it so I took the chance.So glad I did!! Chef Roscoe was on it!! He went over the food items with me, made sure I had enough for the estimated amount of people coming. He was so understanding of the situation, told me he'd take care of everything and he really did. The day of I called him last minute and asked if I could purchase disposable table cloths from him...he didn't even charge me. He came, helped set up all the chafing dishes/sternos.His food was delicious and comforting to all. He really blessed our friends in their time of distress. I'm so thankful that I found him. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Irvington area.
