Very bad customer service they didnt speak any English and couldn't understand what you wanted for your order and kept messing it up didnt ask if I wanted any toppings. When I got a sandwich with guacamole they didnt even bother to have it be refilled and gave me a small scoop. Asked for a combo meal charged me It and then when I asked for my cup for my drink they acted like I was insane. I get better service in the city then this

I ordered a #33....the meat was spread like mayo, very light...I had more bread than the actual sandwich...you can't call these Sandwiches stackers or whatever football subs and all you get is bread. I spent $12 bucks on bread...the meat counter is covered so all I seen was them pull the onions and peppers then it went back to the hidden area and was wrapped up...if I would have seen the scarce meat, I would have said something...but again the meat counter was covered. My second time at this location..first time it was so hot I couldn't sit and eat in the store. I need the chain to help this location out. It's not doing well.

This Subway at the gas station was excellent it was clean the staff was kind and courteous and my sub was prepared to my specific specifications
We arrived about 35 minutes before they closed the place, and one of the friends needs to use the bathroom and they told her that it was already closed, I assume so as not to have to clean it again, and that doesn't seem right to me, hence the low score I give it for service

The customer service sucks. It’s a black girl with braids that’s rude, unprofessional and alwaysss have an attitude. It was extremely hot inside felt like a sauna!!! Ceiling fans were on low smh ! The glass on the front door been broken forever! Very dangerous!
