Never the food is stinks. I would never eat there my brother came from Texas and said he missed it and wanted me to take him there. I told him to eat there and not in my car. OMG is breath was horrible. I have never eaten there and I never will.

I went here for the first time since they reopen from being remodel and it's nothing to write home about.
They have a A.I system taking orders that doesn't really work and the quality of the food is not good as before. Look at my burger the pattern was almost non existing thin and dry because they pile pickles on the burger and I squirt of ketchup 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️.
The drive thru cashier is rude giving dirty looks as though we did something to her. I won't return. I'll just keep in mind the memories of when White Castle was good back in the day.😔

So, my daughters father lived there for many years. I have been going there for 12 years, now when we visit his family. The food is delicious. Amazing. But...you on most days will be sitting there waiting in that line f o r e v e r. That is my number 1 issue. Also, the neighborhood is not so safe, most times people are begging for money when you pull through the drive thru. Be very cateful, get your food & go about your business safely. Definitely do not linger.

The order again was incorrect. This is not the first or second time. No pickel, no casup, the ten cheeseburgers had both. I didn't feel like going back to charge the order.
I arrived on lyon Ave in newark to order the special 10 sliders for $8.99 (5 with cheese 5 without) and was told they can't make it without cheese. I then told them they can keep the extra money and profits from the cheese not being used and the manager Rebecca(who didn't have a name tag on while asking another worker in a blue sweater what to say) laughing with another coworker saying I have to eat the cheese if I want the deal. I IMMEDIATELY asked for my money back when I heard Rebecca and workers laughing and yelled "oh she don't want it nomore".... NEVER AGAIN

Get rid of the Julia thing I couldn't place an order so I left. I'd rather place my order with a person, it's always faster than a machine. I couldn't even get the damn thing to get a person. Whoever owns this location, fix this or get rid of Julia cause it's going to cause problems.
The line is all the way into the street at this location. I arrived here at 9:50pm and just reached the window at 10:24 to receive my order when it was only one person in front of me. My fries were cold and my chicken rings are under cooked. They didn't even give me my receipt when I requested it. I will not be coming to this location.
