they never have dubai chocolate ice cream bars. everytime you ask they tell you its sold. all other store that are 24hrs have them in stock all the time.

This location absolutely sucks in every way. First off it used to be 24 hours and now it closes at like 10 PM which is a drastic change. I mean, you can't even stay open until midnight especially when you are in a very busy area. Then they never have anything that you need. They run out of Bavarian cream doughnuts, and now I want to buy the Dubai chocolate sundae that all the other Baskin-Robbins that are actually open 24 hours actually have but this one does not have it. Why would you not offer A super popular dessert that all the other Baskin-Robbins have and why would you not have Bavarian creams which are pretty traditional in any Dunkin' Donuts/BR. The only reason I would ever go here is because it's close to my house, but I try to avoid this one if possible

Horrible Service! Inconsiderate to the customer. I will never spend another dime at this location or order another cake. My son’s Birthday cake is ruined and I couldn’t even receive any type of accommodation. I was given an I don’t care attitude and sent me on my way. I am highly disappointed. This was my first and last time ordering a cake from Baskin Robbins.

Went to this Dunkin’ donuts and Baskin Robbin’s establishment late at night and had an amazing experience which made my day. The kindest worker, Atif (or Aatif, i am unsure of the spelling), provided the best service and was so kind to talk to. What a hardworking employee, and wonderful man! Highly recommend!

I visited the Baskin-Robbins at green at Islin 9 aug 9:15pm with my kids Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with all of the staff members. The agents was extremely disrespectful, and I felt that I was being treated poorly and they was laughing on me . This is not the level of service I expect from a reputable brand like Baskin-Robbins. I hope the company will address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity. Thank you

I love it. But sometimes i get that new person making my drink and that very expensive drink goes to waste. But most of the time its right on the money I LOVE cappuccino blast. I think it is the best they have.
