The place is nice, but they are not very clean.The worst of all is that they did maintenance on the air conditioning ducts with the clients inside!! disgusting It already looks like New Delhi.

Don't visit this baskins location. First false adv they have a total of 16 flavors and some cases are empty. When you ask for a sundae u find out they are out of the sauce and nuts and no apologies on top of it....labeling is wrong as well

Buyer beware! I've been trying to get in touch with the manager of this store for 2 weeks I have been told every excuse under the sun as to why they arent available. I'm not sure if this store intentionally rips you off or are they just not trained properly. When you order fresh packed ice cream I was supposed to receive 54 Oz barely received 30. they are ripping people off they charge $3 more per container than another local Baskin-Robbins.

Pralins n cream is the best-selling flavor of Baskin Robbins. I go to this DD BR often and out of 10 time I go 9.5 time they don't have that prepackaged in stock. Why?Also NJ law is not to charge salestax on prepackaged food ice cream etc. This store charges sales tax on this which they are not supposed to. I have mentioned this to cashiers and managers several times. No action is taken.

Ordered 2 hot coffee's both had coffee grinds in the bottom of them. As I took one of the last sips of coffee I got a mouth full of grinds.

Workers act like they work in a factory and they have no customer service skills. They say "wait here for food" in a mean voice. I did not even say anything and its obvious that I already know that I have to wait for my food. They are not nice towards young customers.

When i went here to Dunkin Donuts (Or Baskins Robbins as Google calls it) was pretty simple and straightforward. I came here and placed an order for a donut while in the drive thru and after a short wait, i got my donut which was pretty sweet.They also did a renovation to their store a short while ago which looks pretty nice to hats off to them.
