Just had dinner at this outlet. Had a bad experience. We ordered pyaz kachori, tikki, chole bhature and rice bowl. Yogurt that came with tikki had HAIR in it. Bhatura was full of oil. Eventhough the taste of food was good and they also replaced my food but this all ruined my experience.

Ordered pickup few days ago. Quality of food has declined. I ordered Chole Bhature and other stuff. Bhature were over fried hard to even eat. Chole was over salty. Even packaging was poor. There was accompaniment that you normally get with Chole Bhature was missing.

Wrong items serving . Ordered lucchi with chole and was served with one flat bhathura with Chana and the server said this is lucchi and we been serving this from last 3 yrs. Pls check photo and answer who all agree this is Lucchi*

I just came out of the store 15 minutes back and wanted to share my experience.
The feedback goes to the lady at the front counter who believes that the customer should frequently visit the store and not just on Diwali.
I enquired the lady about the prices of mixed sweet boxes and bang came the reply "Sirf diwali pe matt aaya karo, daily aaoge toh pata chal jaega!"
I wanted to ask her if she makes the assorted gift boxes round the clock - entire year. I wanted to ask her if my question offended her personally or professionally or whether I was holding the line up by asking too many questions in rush hour.
I understand the pressure of working in peak festive seasons but if you are not capable of serving customers, its better you find some back end support job for yourself.
It was and still is a Happy Diwali for me but for brief 5 minutes, it surely was a dismal service experience for me.

We have seen this several times and finally went there a few weeks back and have been there multiple times. The food is amazing. Authentic Indian flavors, the chaat, bhature are just delicious. On mithai - I have had mithai from just about every shop. Most places make it with oil/gheee mix and just tastes weird. Their sweets were just delicious with exactly the flavors I would get in India. We are a fan. People and service are fine. The minimum purchase of 1lb was a surprise for Diwali.

Horrible service and the lady behind the counter was awful.. she shouldn't be there assisting customers if she can't handle the pressure.. She was very disrespectful towards me just because I was taking my time to order. She was keep making faces and rolling her eyes at me. Very very disappointed and I will never step a foot in there again.

Last week ordered 20 boxes of assortment of sweets at Edison location for a private party. Manager Yash and staff showed attention to detail, filled up in timely manner. Both Sampling and final product quality was 5 star quality - just the way it is when I shop in New Delhi. Highly recommended - will do business with them again....Also had Masala Dosa, requested medium crispy, they nailed it.
Food is ok and service is slow only 1 server to take order.
