If I could give zero stars I would only dunkin that can never get ur order right order a iced coffee very little ice don’t add all the ingredients in the coffee I ordered almost like they are the ones drinking it.. order a bagel twist hands it too u not in a bag so un sanitary please do better there is so many other Dunkin’s out here ppl don’t have to come here

Never had an issue with this Dunkin but the girl working the window on 10/12 was extremely rude. She handed me the coffee and I asked for a little more cream & she had the biggest attitude and got mad because I asked for more cream.

I went in to order a coffee the boy at the register was super nice (Edward ) . I asked for whipped cream the girl there said she couldn’t help me because she was doing the drive thru . She wasn’t doing anything and the boy was making the drinks by himself.

I advise absolutely nobody eat any of the food! As I walked in, they had the bug zapper right on top of the donuts killing all the bugs. Nothing covering anything ! Just zapping the dead over everything. Disgusting, never again will I eat at Dunkin’ Donuts!!!!!

Really friendly staff at this Dunkin it is a rest stop along the highway, so they have 2 restrooms only 2. Yes, only 2 you might have to wait on a line to use them, but they are open even though there is a code on them, they just keep them unlocked and open. This isn't a real rest area. It is mainly just a Duncan, and a gas station can get busy at times So I suggest just use that bag in your car to poop.

Woman with tattoos is very rude. I used to take 1 donut every other day from the 10000 rewards that I collected. She was very rudely asking that her manager has asked her how am I taking a free donut every day. Even after being an employee she doesn’t understand how it works, I don’t know why is she even there. Dunkin must educate their employees about the reward system that they created rather than playing the recorded voice every time customers pull on the drive through.
It’s the reward that dunkin advertises and i get it after spending over $10 every single day. I asked her to let me speak to the manager, she said that the manager is not here. Then how in the world her manager, who is no where in the equation wants to know the reason behind my free donut. Liar!
Her attitude is uglier than her face.

This place is a joke I’m a regular every morning. Employees are rude at time at 4 am in the morning. I have been coming to this location for the longest and they managed to get my order wrong three times so far. When I had repeated myself more then once. And when you try to call and complain no one picks up. A waste of my time and money just to get the order wrong. Customer service is terrible, I get it’s early in the morning but who wants to go to a location with horrible service. And it’s extremely frustrating trying to reach someone on the phone. I asked for Splenda they never added it. Don’t spend your money here safe yourself the hassle.
