I ordered in the drive thru. The english muffin was hard as a rock obviously pre heated and burnt. My hash browns were so hard and burnt I couldnt eat them. The lady collecting my money just keeps talking to the other worker. Terrible service. What a waist of money and time.

My 3rd shift night crew employees stopped and grabbed some donuts at night from this location ...Donuts are so stale at night I was so upset everyone threw the donuts away ....service is ok except the people who don't speak, read or compehend english so they stick all the wrong things in the bag then get upset because they don't understand you

How about looking at your late time hours again? Why did every location change their hours ever since COVID? Now there's no more 24-hour locations left.

I used to enjoy this location until the quality of the order fulfillment because spotty or borderline erratic. No worries as Tim next door is happy to help. Nevertheless kudos to the Indian lady who kindly and expeditiously completed my food order accurately, This place would be fabulous if only each worker could be like her. Hasta la vista.

Me and my husband made a stop at this dunkin at around 10:48 to get breakfast for ourselves and our kids. When close to finishing his coffee my husband started to hear something moving around in his cup and he said that it was starting to taste weird. He asked my daughter to check what was inside as he was driving at the moment, when she checked she saw the items on the photo (a bolt and two rings). My husband suffers from issues with his stomach and had previously had surgery. I told my daughters to check their drinks as I was in fear that they too would have something in it. At 11:50 as soon as we noticed i proceeded to call the manager of the location and all he did was offer me credits for points. I told him my husband could've choked or even worse got lead poisoning and all he said was that he didn't understand how it got there. If the machines are breaking in people's coffee I think that is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and they should be checked IMMEDIATELY as this could be a hazard to small children or anyone who buys drinks from here and feel that the manager didnt do enough with confronting the issue at hand. I was very worried and scared I hope this never happens again to anyone! Stay safe everybody!

I ordered a drink, there were green bits in it. Gross.
I dumped it out. 6 dollars down the drain.
They handed me the drink and it was dripping down the side and leaking like crazy.
