These employees just don’t pay attention to their orders do they? I asked for sausage instead of bacon. Surprise! Realized when it was too late. All the employees do is goof off and laugh without paying attention to what they do.

It's an amalgamation of Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins, so it has the usual high empty calorie menu, which is somehow satisfying at the same time. I went on a weekend evening, and the store looked pretty clean, and the staff was pretty patient with my indecisiveness.

I liked this place very much. Ambience was good and service is excellent. Pleasant smile on servers and very friendly staff. Over all it was good experience.
Serving cold bagels. Not heating up properly before serving. Food quality bad. Refusing to warm the bagel, saying cant warm with cream cheese on it? Never coming here again.

The coffee is good, especially light and sweet. Towards the end my coffee stared tasting like souring cream was used. the evening crew has an older man who is rather grumpy. I placed an order for a croissant sandwich, and once it was done, the lady just threw it on the counter and turned her back. Horrible Customer Service at this Route 1 Green St Woodbridge NJ location because the culture of the people working there. They don’t know how to behave in America. They bring the caste system of their country here. They should be reported to DCR for all discriminatory behaviors toward certain cultures.
