The coffee is good, especially light and sweet. Towards the end my coffee stared tasting like souring cream was used. the evening crew has an older man who is rather grumpy. I placed an order for a croissant sandwich, and once it was done, the lady just threw it on the counter and turned her back. Horrible Customer Service at this Route 1 Green St Woodbridge NJ location because the culture of the people working there. They don’t know how to behave in America. They bring the caste system of their country here. They should be reported to DCR for all discriminatory behaviors toward certain cultures.

I would rate this Dunkin’ donuts a -10 if i could there customer service is terrible. The woman that work there are rude ignorant give you dirty looks and attitudes everytime it never fails.Or there races one or the other i come to this place on the regular and get treated like i’m nothing all because im placing a order everyday they have a new rule i only come because they have the french crueler donuts available which i been getting for a while with a frozen coffee and my donuts warmed up.Today was the last straw i ordered my usual they said they will warm donuts and when i pull off there cold i come back to the dunkin and ask the lady why they weren’t warmed up she says she can’t she can warm up a different one though i asked her what was the point of taking my order and don’t the opposite and not even mentioning that your going to do that she just constantly ignores me like i’m not even present im sick of this place and these people that work here these woman must come here on there periods i have to deliberately make her listen to what i’m saying she called manager but nothing was accomplished she’s telling me to come back in the morning i will be contacting corporate on this dunking donuts because you do not treat your customers like that especially someone that comes here on the regular i will be returning to get the names of these nasty rude woman that you hire with no customer service skills what so ever all this beacons my kids eat there donuts warm is sick quit your job and get another one if you don’t like what you do i never asked you to be a dunking donut employee.

Ordered Macchiato and Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese. Coffee is good but the store need to check the date on the cream cheese before serving. The cream cheese taste sour and it smells.

I typically come to this Dunkin because it’s on the way to work. Almost everytime I come here something is wrong with my drink. It’s honestly a hit or miss with their drink. I personally like my drink sweet so I ask for extra sugar but it seems when I ask they put little to non. Along with my drink being horrible the girls in the drive thu always have an attitude, as if they’re mad at me for going there. I will not be going back because this time the girl not only shoved a bag in my face but didn’t even close the cup right and spilled all over me and my car. Horrible experience and customer service, if you don’t like your job find something else!

I had a highly disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts recently that left me feeling very disrespected. On asking for ketchup, she commented in other language assuming I could not understand her language.The comment was “Ene keh tya chhe”, which translates to “Tell her it is there”. Not only the comment was unnecessary, but I was also aware that in the languagethat she spoke, it is very rude and disrespectful way. I must emphasize that I am fluent in that language, and it deeply saddened me to witness such behavior from Dunkin’ Donuts staff. The staff’s assumpythat I won’t understand the language displayed complete lack of respect and professionalism.
