Wow! This was 10/10 from the food , to the service s/o to my server Iggy he was amazing and very attentive. The ambience was very nice and very quiet which I loved because I love nice conversations at dinner. My favorite dishes had to be the asian salad , lemon garlic penne with shrimp , California roll ( sushi was so fresh omg) & the chocolate cake . My family and I enjoyed it so much we will definitely be back. Oh and we went margarita crazy in Margarita Heaven!

As always, Kona Grill never disappoints. We went for work happy hour and the prices are very reasonable Service is great and noise level allows for conversation.

The food was good, but way overpriced, and the quantities were disappointingly small. We went for dinner on Father's day to the Woodbridge, NJ restaurant, which is huge, but I saw only 4 tables occupied. Very sad

First off our table which had just been "cleaned" still had debris and smears on it. So the bottom menu ended up wet. Also the chairs had crumbs on them. And the floor was sticky. Silverware was very spotty. The restaurant was loud so it was difficult to hear the server or have a conversation. Fireplaces for ambience were not on. Sodas that were ordered were out of stock. Food was hit and miss. Potstickers were good but calamari was over fried. Stir fry, poke bowl and lobster Mac was good. Sushi seemed too loose and fell apart. Meatballs were not warm enough. Desserts were the best, brownie and carrot cake, but the Cappuccino machine was down . Restrooms were Not clean . For the price point 5 people about 260 we expected better . And we've had better elsewhere. Don't know if we'd return. This was a Sunday around five going into dinner service, so would have expected better preparations. The waiter was trying his best though and was very pleasant.

After we got the food the server never came back to our table. We were missing a napkin and could not order more drinks. Bad experience!!!

I have been driving past this restaurant for YEARS and had no idea how phenomenal the food here was! We've been totally sleeping on Kona Grill, but not anymore! Even my 6 and 9 year old kids raved about this food. We had the potstickers and angry edamame to start. We got chicken pad Thai and the lemon garlic penne with shrimp, both were flavorful. We also got the crispy Brussels sprouts and pretzel rolls on the side. My 9 year old even gave the Brussels the stamp of approval and declared he will only eat Kona Grill spouts forever more. My son also loved his bento box. He got the sliders and said they were the best he ever had. He chose sweet potato fries and mashed potatoes for his sides. The fries were well seasoned and crispy, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and not at all dry, even with no gravy. It also had an adorable fruit carving made of oranges of a Koala bear, which was a delight to my kids. My 6 year old is very picky and had the pepperoni pizza, and he can be finicky about restaurant pizzas. This was thin crust and had a great cheese to sauce ratio and was also a big hit. Finally, some how after all this food, we made room for the chocolate lava cake and the carrot cake. My gosh. That carrot cake was sensational, the carrots and walnuts were on the larger side and I found that it really made for a nice texture. My kids argued over the lava cake. We will definitely be back, everything we tried was delicious!

Ordered the $45 prime ribs medium rare. The dish came with a very thin slice of meat and well done. Sent it back and was told that the prime is pre-cooked to medium and warmed up. Should such a dish be $45? I changed the order to a ribeye medium rare and after a long wait, it came correctly cooked with an apology and a $10 discount.

We had a bad experience last weekend we decided to come back to see if it was just a bad day because it was a very busy day and this time I was not disappointed.. the atmosphere is nice the staff very attentive and the food was very good fresh and a very varied menu.. the drinks excellent.. homemade carrot cake was the best..

Appetizers and my wife's drink took 30 minutes. The entrees were served 2 minutes after the appetizer. They weren't serving any kids meals on Mothers Day, so my daughter got a chicken sandwich that she didn't like. I don't think we'll return.

Nice, efficient service. Went for a late lunch & didn't know your happy hour was available. It was awesome to try a variety of selections. It's been a few years since my last meal there. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

This restaurant has the best pasta dishes I’ve ever tasted! The sauces are rich and flavorful, and the pasta is cooked to perfection. The garlic bread that comes with it is a delightful bonus. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a great dining experience. I can’t wait to return for more.

I love coming here with my son during Happy Hour. We enjoy games, great music, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. A minor issue with our order was resolved quickly by the manager, which made us feel valued. The overall experience is consistently enjoyable, and we always leave with smiles on our faces. Highly recommend it!

This restaurant is uniquely talented at making you feel unimportant. This was our first time ever here and rest assured it will be our last. We were led to a room where a party was just breaking up and where throughout our entire dinner, they proceeded to empty the room of its tables with the outside door wide open, telling us how they had a group of 50 coming in later that evening, but not to worry, we weren’t in the way! While our waiter was exceptional, the manager of the restaurant couldn’t have been more dismissive and rude. For the amount of money your expected to pay at this restaurant, one would be much better off going into Manhattan where you can have an elegant lunch or dinner with a staff that actually gives a crap.
