Taste might vary from person to person but for me and my room mate its tasted like candy, I baught kaju katli and milk cake, I dont know how they make it or its prepaid sweet, tasted like typical candy from Indain local shop.
Edit: Feb/16/2025 Now they are accusing me that I took free sweets, I would Like to point out that I asked for samples and you guyz denied it saying, we people dont offer samples, and I had to buy it.

Customer service is very rude . I have given order to owner lady and she will told will adjust price during delivery but his brother who delivered.. he just denied and talk so rudely….

Quality wise they are good. They hired two South Indian girls and customer service is very poor. I asked a question and she was so rude like I don’t know . No response nothing. No greetings. She was like a robot but my Siri talks better than them

Goto place for years. Mithas is a iver hyped and has become a social norm when it comes to gjfting to make a impact. Taste wise nothing beats Quality Sweets. Palki is the best, not many know it but once they know wverything else.is history. Samosas are hit n miss. Note: while weighing the box weight is part of the quantity you order. If you order 2lbs the sweet+box will be weighed to be around 2.03 lbs. For special occasions. Be ready to stand in a long queue. The shop has e kugh soace for 5 to 6 people to stand, but knowing mostly subcontinental folks come here they squeeze in like 15 + in the shop a d remaining gotta stand outside in a line. Having said all this, still I'll go next time for Palki

We tried their jalebi, motichoor ladoo, and samosa. Their jalebi was great. Thin and crispy. Morichoor ladoos were dry and not good. Same for samosas, it was just filled with boiled potatoes and a few peas, didn’t have much flavor. And it definitely caused acid reflux lol. Only recommend them for their jalebis.

Jalebi was bit chewy and wasn’t fresh this time. Last time was good.
Very bad service order items and was shipped damaged product. Called owners to inform and gave back to shipper as items were inedible. Owner refused to replace and said I would have to pay again when I already paid. He said not his problem. Very bad customer service. Claim was filed with shipper and found out that order was never insured and claim was for less then what I paid. This an injustice that the customer suffers the greater loss. I am out $90 because the owner was to cheap to put a declared value of the actual purchase price of $190.

Yesterday my husband bought sweets..only one sweet was good in taste rest all 5 were stale..even kheer kadam and one kashmiri one was really bad in taste ..after one hour putting in my kitchen it was smelling so bad ..whole kitchen has got stinky ..this is not expected at all. Pls maintain your shop's reputation..dont play with ppl's emotions and taste. Really bad.

Excellent shop to buy sweets. Quality Sweet's chaina(paneer) sweets are The Best in entire East coast.Very fresh sweets. Reasonable price. Samosas and chhole tikki chaat are my favorite. Jalebis are good too.
