As a Canadian that lives here in the United States who actually knows how Tim Hortons is supposed to be. This one is supposedly okay but not up to my Canadian standards. Don't get me wrong. It was good. It's just not like how they were up in my home in Toronto

We stopped here for refueling and decided to go inside and grab some coffee. The service was very good, and the staff were polite. The place felt clean and comfortable, which made it a nice spot to take a small break. Overall, a good stop if you’re passing by and need some quick refreshments.

Tim Hortons is a great business but my recent visit was more confusing, I like all people even if there maybe a language barrier. I was trying to explain that I had placed a mobile order for a Brown Caramel Oatmilk Latte and Tim Bits for $1. I myself didn't want to cause any confusion on them, they said it wasn't placed and then another girl read the order and saw that it was. Then I had to reload my Tim's card to place another order for the Chipotle Steak Wraps and Breakfast Croissant with Bacon Sandwich; more confusion and showed the other girl that the order got scanned for the 3 sandwiches. Tim Hortons is a great business but whether the Iselin or Colonia area spot I don't want there to be any confusion whether the staff or myself.
I feel terrible for lowering my rating to 1; had it at 5 for past visits. I wish Tim Hortons great business. I'll visit this spot again but I don't like the notion leaving a spot I enjoy and wonder, what just happened? The latte and food was delicious.

I went inside to get a quick latte the other day while heading to work and nobody even acknowledged me. I thought maybe they were having issues on their end, but they took so long that I ended up just leaving with nothing. You’re better off going to the Dunkin at this service stop.

I bought a vanilla cream donut last night and found out it had custard filling. I am allergic to custard. This is Cheating my friend. I paid the full price so I need the Right donut. If you don't have vanilla cream then GO BUY SOME MORE. You are ruining the Tim's brand to save pennies for yourself!!!!

Come for the food and the coffee not for the service. None of the people behind the counter speak any English so if you have a problem with your order, good luck, trying to figure it out. The app offers good deals and generous points, but many times the system doesn’t work and doesn’t acknowledge your loyalty. It’s a very poorly run operation here.

The service could definitely be better—I expected a little more attentiveness and speed. However, the food and coffee were fresh and consistent, which I appreciate. The place is clean, and it’s a convenient spot to grab a quick bite or coffee on the go. Overall, not perfect, but still a decent experience and worth coming back to.

I order one donut for which I had to wait forever for someone to take my order, no customers before me. But when I got to the car and look at my donut, I see a portion of it missing, was it eaten by a mouse, it fell off? Idk. But would not visit this place ever again.
