I ordered takeout. My cheese omelet was overloaded with vegetables to the point where it was just vegetables with a little egg and cheese. I ordered a bagel with cucumber dill cream cheese and recieved a bagel with pickled jalapeños in it. It tasted absolutely awful. They didn't put salt, pepper, or ketchup that I requested on my porkroll egg and cheese. The buttered bagel I got didn't even taste good. The only things that weren't screwed up were the untoasted bagels with plain cream cheese. Really disappointed. Never coming back.

The food was just as bad as some have commented. The chairs were on the tables at 11 am making the place look closed. The jalapeno bagel had cheese and jalapeño slices melted on top making the sandwich a little difficult to eat. I ordered scrambled eggs but I think they forgot to scramble them since it came folded like an omelet. The pancakes were nice and big, but did not taste good at all. I recommend going anyplace else.

Wonderful and quick service. The bagels are perfect, big and fluffy. The caramel iced coffee is the best I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I absolutely love it here. I just moved to the area and was desperate to find a decent bagel shop. Their specialty bagels are slamming. They do seem to be short staffed but who they have working are super kind and give great service. The shop is small and intimate so it’s bound to be packed, this is my new spot 🤞🏼

Use to be good now new owners I don’t they know what they doing it taste nasty

Disappointed.. I don't think they use real eggs. I ordered a pork roll egg cheese on roll. The egg was scrambled. Usually, the eggs are always fried on any breakfast sandwich. The porkroll was barely cooked. The roll was very chewy. I should have asked if they use real eggs. I don't like scrambled on breakfast sandwiches

Feels like a change of hands means a drop in quality. Last week my order was wrong. This week we noticed a 50 cent up charge for a rainbow bagel? Seriously?

Stood around for 10 minutes waiting for my call ahead order that was already ready waiting on the counter. Since when does a cashier take payment and not check on the order. This was my first time back in over a year and will certainly be my last time coming here. Extremely disappointing service and unbearably frustrating.

Their selection of bagels is vast and beautiful but when I noticed the specialty bagels, I was drooling at the window like Charlie from Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory.
