Blue ash Bubbakoos always gets my order right and the food is always perfect . I have a shop across the street so I order about twice a week . Service is always friendly .

As a local business owner, absolutely do not bother giving this restaurant your business.
Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful- including when your order is missing half of the food, equating to $40. I was told that I was unable to receive a refund, I would have to come back and get the food (it was delivery), and that there was no management I could speak with, and no other help was available.
The employees are children with no customer service skills.
I waited close to an hour an a half, after being told 20 minutes to receive half of a cold order.
I have ordered here several times and the food has always been subpar, but to give the delivery driver half of my order then claim they can’t work with Uber to get me the rest of the food is absolutely ridiculous. And the kids working were incredibly rude. Do not bother spending your money or time here (you’ll be here for hours to get your order which has also happened on several occasions). The Uber driver was distraught also explaining to us he waited 40 minutes for my order upon arriving already. Horrible business practice. Its survival this far is due to being in a college town, where bad food and service survive.

10 times better than Chipotle. This was our first time trying Bubbakoos out and it will definitely be a regular spot! Loved that I was able to order a low carb bowl. So so good. 😋😋😋

I ordered from the STOCKBRIDGE GA location earlier this week and opted to not save my credit card. I went to place an order today using a gift card I had received and their system automatically processed the payment using my credit card which is allegedly not saved in their system. When I called to cancel the charge the manager talked over me & nearly yelled at me that there wasn’t anything no they could do about it because my card is not saved so she doesn’t know how it was charged. After more of her cutting me off she cancelled the order and pretty much told me she didn’t know how long it would take for me to get my money back. That it will probably be a long time. I asked her who I need to speak to, if she can provide a corporate number or the department that handles the online payments. She seemed to set the phone down without saying a word and after waiting several minutes I ultimately disconnected with not even an apology. This is a very untrustworthy company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Using this company’s payment platform is a huge security risk.

Ordered for a door dash pickup tonight. I received someone else’s order. I contacted the store directly and they confirmed my order was still there and hadn’t been picked up. I explained that my order was acknowledged as completed and that I have received someone else’s order. The lady I spoke with told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact door dash. After asking her how the door dasher actually pickups their order, I was told they ask for the name and hand them the correct order.
So let me understand this correctly. You have the door dasher the wrong order and there is nothing you can do?!!!?!! Oh I was offered to go pick it up, however they close in 10mins and I live further than 10mins away.
Thank you for nothing, I will not be returning.

Once I arrived in the store around 8pm last night and gave my info about my Togo order, a sweet girl said they messed up my order but they are remaking it with a smile. Ok thank you, I’m in no rush. I waited. Then once my order was ready another girl not only gave me my food with an attitude, eye rolling and all with no communication. But she was the one who finalized the preparation of my food and still got my order wrong.. I’ve been to plenty of Bubbakoos and never had an experience like this before.

Food is good but service really needs to be worked on. My boyfriend is the one who places the order and a majority of the time its only my food thats made incorrectly. I get a quesadilla and everytime we order I make it bold in the instructions to put the sauce ONLY on the side because i dont like it in the quesadilla but still its put in the quesadilla. and when i ask for two sides of sour cream i only get one..I understand if you missed the instructions but i dont think its right to serve someone something they didnt order or not fix mistakes.
We had our first Bubbakoo’s last night and it was better than Chipotle. And I LOVE Chipotle. I have a new favorite though. Can’t wait for next time!

We came for quick dinner after kids activities around 7:30pm. The place was empty. The two young female employees working seemed annoyed we were there. No pleasantries were offered, no smiles, no small talk, nothing. I opened my kids quesadilla and there was absolutely no cheese and our fries were soaked in oil. I went to the counter which they saw me standing there but pretended not to. I chimed up asking for cheese some to put in the quesadilla. I got an eye roll and an attitude. It’s a shame because we come here often. Hope they both have a better day when they wake up tomorrow.
