1. Biscuit for sausage, egg, & cheese wasn't cooked properly. The outside of the biscuit was burnt and the inside was raw.
2. The coffees were cold.
3. Hash browns were cold.
4. Croissants sausage egg and cheese were cold.
5. The music was horrible.
6. The atmosphere in the building was cold.
7. Had to explain my order 3 times.
They need better help.

feb 11 2025, came at 11:30pm to drive thru, employees hiding. Either say you close at 11:30pm, or talk to your employees. Stop wasting my time.

Was just in i ordered 5 bacon double cheeseburgers and gaveme 5 regular cheeseburgers. I used the drive thru so I wasn't able to catch the error until I got home. When I called the number on the receipt it was out of order. Then when I looked it up on the internet no one answers. This was finally it for me. I love BK but this location is no longer for me, I will use another location in the future. In conclusion this restaurant charged me for 5 double cheeseburgers and gave me 5 regular cheeseburgers that's stealing.

The employees here either don't care or are incompetent, they never get the order right and frequently give you cold, old food. Eat anywhere else in the area.

This location is aweful, was better pre fire. Ordered an impossible whopper online. When I picked up my order, was told it was discontinued!?! Why was I able to order it then? I chose to replace the item with a regular whopper with cheese ($2.50) cheaper than the impossible, without lettuce or tomatoes. What did I get? A whopper without cheese and of course with the tomatoes and lettuce. Didn't even recieve a refund! No freaking excuses, was literally the only customer. Don't go here, you'll regret it.

Disappointed I ordered two kids meals for my children. When I went to the first window there was no one there. They called me from the second window. When I went to pay with a hundred dollar bill, the employee pointed to a small piece of paper no bigger than a dollar bill where it said $50 or $100 bills are not accepted. When I asked how do I pay, that's the only thing I have. The manager addressed me in an arrogant tone, pointing to the paper and saying in quotes, "You're stupid or you can't read." I asked again, "What can I do?" and yelling, "Go to the General Dollar store and change it?" My children began to ask why that man was yelling at me and if they were going to have their food. I asked one more time, "Can you put my order next to it while I get change?" And that manager began to yell once again, saying, "No, you've done it all over again." Finally, I went to an auto parts store, I didn't need anything, even so I had to buy something just to get my kids their burger king. If they don't accept big bills, that's fine, but the attitude is completely unnecessary.😞

I love the fries, but the mozzarella sticks at this place are just a big no. They’re literally so hard and just not enjoyable.
