The service tonight was bad. Food was really good. Was told 20 min for pickup. I arrived 25 min later, to find out order is not ready. Not a huge deal, except that 8 other people were waiting for orders all standing around with one lone man tending the register and making pies. Long story shorter....waited 20 more minutes for them to finish pie, forget to make a wrap, and barely warm up two slices. The older guy was clearly out of his depth with the workload of making pies and...
