Drove over an hour to get cookiepus and fudge the whale! Order on the phone with Brooke she was so friendly and helpful and Jade helped me out when picking up she was also very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to talk to! Highly recommend this carvel ! Worth the drive!!

I love soft serve ice cream but it's always so runny and melts before you even walk out the door

Me and my friends decided two minutes before closing that we wanted some cinnamon buns. We called the store to see if they can stay open, knowingly they would say no. The owner kindly said of course, and stayed open an extra twenty minutes for us. Best service, best food and best atmosphere!!

I got really in the mood of cinnamon buns late at night and the owner and boss told me they will stay open for me. They stayed open an extra 20 minutes late for me and serve me with the best energy and service possible it was amazing.Thank you!!!!!

We love coming here. Always friendly service and fresh. The only reason I'm removing a star is because on our last visit the employee was wearing gloves and took out money and made change. She did not change her gloves and proceeded to go package up cinnamon buns, a big no-no in food safety. She was young and maybe doesn't understand how gloves work. I'm just hoping by leaving this review that maybe the manager/owner can go over food safety with all the employees.
