First time walking into chicken holiday and will be my last time person behind the counter what a nasty Person for damn sure won’t be going back

Excellent chicken, succulent and juicy. The mashed potatoes are also very good. I just wish they had biscuits.

Chicken cut up like they were feeding a dog not properly served

Just tried this place today for takeout, and the food was excellent. Fried chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy. Onion rings were thick, had a tempura-like coating, and were awesome! Also ordered fried mushrooms which were great as well. Very friendly service. Definitely ordering from there again.

Picked up our order when we got it home it wasn’t what was stated on menu. Called up and was given an attitude like we were bothering the person who answered the phone. Who then wanted to argue about what we read. Food wasn’t touched and was told multiple times they would not take the 2 things we had a problem with, wasn’t asking for a refund just to get something equivalent to the price or pay the difference if it was more. Still given a problem was tools they had to call the manager who didn’t answer. What has happened to the great customer service we always have here. Wasn’t trying to make a big deal the Item ordered would have never been ordered if the description was properly written. Very disappointed with the way we were treated in this situation.

SPOILED ROTTEN RICE, STRINGY DRY RUBBERY STALE CHICKEN, BROKEN STALE FRIES. THEY’RE GOING TO MAKE PEOPLE SICK. EVEN THE STRAY CAT WONT EAT IT. I CALLED TO TELL THEM BUT THEY WERE NASTY AND RUDE. THEIR FOOD IS AS NASTY AS THEY ARE!

Got some fried chicken to go. Was very juicy and fresh.Mashed potatoes were liquid and got discarded. It was looser than the gravyWould try again
