I ordered a pineapple pizza and a pepperoni/jalapeño pizza. They pepperoni pizza had pineapple and jalapeño instead of pepperoni. They offered to remake it but I was unable to drive back. I said they could deliver it or provide a refund but after transferring me the extremely rude man said they would only remake it for me. They should provide a refund as they made the pizza incorrectly.

I live in an apartment and put my apartment number in the delivery address.
I see the driver was arriving on the tracking so I wait by the front door and out the window I can see the driver sitting in his car. I am waiting for him to exit but he doesnt. He continues to sit there for about 2-3 minutes and shine his flashlight outside his car window a few times.
I figure he is maybe confused where my door is even though each door has numbers clear and big. So I open my door even though I wanted a no contact delivery, maybe there is a rule against no contact deliveries for this area, as I am new.
No big deal, so now I am just standing in the doorway of my open door, staring at this dominos vehicle as this guy just continues to sit in his car flashing his camera phone out the windows.
Then I see he starts to drive away, so I had to yell out my open the door and most likely disturb my neighbors as its almost 10pm but he didn’t seem to hear me and kept going.
So I go back inside to get my phone to call the store and return back to my front door, Luckily the driver was there at the stop sign just a few yards away so I was eventually able to get his attention and he brought me my food.
Disappointed it seems like the driver didnt even want to bother leaving his vehicle to make the delivery as instructed.
For a 4.99 delivery charge and a 40% pre-tipped I expected better service will not order here again.

I ordered a pan made pie with sausage and there was literally one piece of sausage on each slice. That is absolutely ridiculous. After reading the other reviews, it looks like this location has a problem with service and delivering quality products. Absolutely horrible.

Ordered cheesy bread. The driver shows up offering wings, then goes back to the car and “checks” he doesn’t speak English talking through an app translating, then leaves!! Call the store and the girl is asking to speak Spanish. It’s Jackson nj, how are workers not able to communicate with customers??? Horrible service.

There is absolutely zero excuse for this! The guy on the phone was pretty damn rude and didn't really seem interested either! It literally looks like someone punched them and threw em in the box. I payed 25 dollars for this and a pizza, the pizza was good but this ain't it. Do better!

If you drive a truck, make sure you stay away from this location! The management allows NJDOT officers to park in their parking lot and pull trucks over all day long for Commercial vehicle inspections. Get delivery instead!
