Every evening I get 3 coffees For the past 11 years the last 2 months, the coffee's been like c*** I'm not quite sure who's making it. 4 cream for sugar I don't think it's really that hard.

Depends on who's there for real......I just can't take the line for drive through tou could sit there for sometimes 30 to 40 minutes. And then if you try to het out of line you can't because of the driveway set up. Then I get my coffee and if the right people aren't there my sweet and low gets missed and I end up with a full cup of ice no matter what I soecify..... disappointing for a regular customer

Going inside the dunkin is much quicker, food and drinks are great however the drive thru line is very slow. 3 cars ahead of me and it takes a half hour just to get your food. they mess up a lot of orders in the drive thru. 3 people behind the counter with no customers inside and taking a half hour to wait and get your stuff through there is ridiculous.

Was just there and ordered a simple bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Get home it’s a plain cream cheese bagel. Drive all the way back and wait in the ridiculous line you call a “drive thru”. I tell them of the mistake and they were very nice about it. It took about ten minutes and 12 workers to make the then said sandwich? When I park to check my sandwich cause now I got trust issues, the bacon is slightly burned but the cheese isn’t melted. This was quite possibly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever encountered. I bet it’s Dunkin quality but this is straight dog food.

Like every other Dunkin it just depends on who you have working in there.. the product is great when you have good decent people working and not great when you don’t. This review was left specifically for Ton/Antoni… he’s a really good dude who has gone out of his way to make sure we get what we ordered and it’s all done correctly. He’s also got a good heart asked us if our dogs wanted pup cups and I’ve noticed when he is working the operation runs smooth, the drive through line is never too bad when he’s working. Dunkin you should be promoting Ton and people like him, his hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you Ton!
