I ordered six donuts and one coffee that’s all I want. They get the donut order wrong so I go back in to get that fixed and then I take a sip of my coffee and I got the coffee wrong and by this time I don’t have time to go back inside. How hard is it to get six donuts and one coffee order correct it wasn’t even crowded.

Totally disgusting I placed an order on Uber eats and the Uber driver waited for a while. Employee was yelling at the Uber driver and not willing to prepare the order or deliver it for no reason totally obnoxious.

I ordered a Green Tea refresher but got a lemonade. My bagel was tough so I would assume they don't use fresh products. Was there once before and the donuts were stale. Won't be going back.

I always stop by this location on my way to work at 7 am. Unfortunately, the attendant at the window has consistently displayed rude behavior. Today, I handed her my folded money, and she loudly questioned why I did so in front of her coworker. I will never return to this location again since the owner has hired someone who lacks basic customer service and kindness. Aside from messing up my order very rude it happen today July 25 at 7 am

There are no signs anywhere that they don't serve real meat, everything is plant based and dairy free... Plant based bacon?? Yuk, No ham? No sausage? What kind of DUNKIN is this?? This dunkin is the worst. They don’t know how to make coffee. I pulled up and the line was extremely long so I just was gonna go inside and they said it’s drive thru only. So if someone who didn’t have a car and walked all the way to this dunkin wouldn’t be able to get something??? Terrible. Bad management. Needs to be a change.
