Avery & Jay's Handcrafted Ice Cream

My go to ice cream spot, the ice-cream is delish. The workers are so nice and make the best peanut butter cup sundae's. The lotus ice cream with a waffle!!! I'm telling you finger licking good. Shoutout to Eli, a true mensch!

Super disappointing. Spent $38 on 2 shakes and a waffle A LA Mode that comes with 2 scoops of ice cream and 3 toppings. Ice cream was generic tasting and the waffle lacked flavor and was undercooked. Unfortunately, this is another example of when Google reviews are wrong. Seems like a trend of places in Lakewood and Jackson. Will not be going back.

Easy to get to folks very courteous this is a kosher ice cream store. They also serve waffles which looked amazing but I didn’t get any. They have a good attention for detail. We use them through too good to go app and they gave us $55 worth of food for around $15. I highly recommend the two good to go app for this store otherwise the ice cream is fairly expensive. They let me choose what I wanted in the grab bag. I will use them again, but only through the two good to go app.

Literally the best ice cream parlor I been to in a long time, and i go to a lot of ice cream spots. Wow!!! I'm in my happy place. I got the Salted Chip Caramel in a waffle cone. My kids got the Blue Italian Ice and rhe Chocolate Hazelnut ice cream. So many amazing flavors that I will definitely be back to try them all.

Very beautiful atmosphere. Convenient location. Staff is so friendly and greeted my party as we came in and were very attentive and personable. Ice cream is delicious and beautifully presented. Will be returning.

Any place that has such good parve ice cream is super impressive I have to say!
Really good ice cream great selection of unique and fun flavours.
Looking forwarded to try the sundaes and explosions they look wild.
Milkshakes are also really good.
Nice seating vibes love the trees and there’s also outdoor seating.

They really deserve five stars, but lately, they've been short staffed and missing supplies. Half the things on the menu were out of stock 🥴
I gotta admit, the food advertising they have going on the video screen, really adds to the atmosphere.

the ice cream was good but the employee that took our order and made our ice cream was incredibly rude and dismissive, i also saw him lick his finger after making our ice cream and not wash his hands before making the next sundae which is gross. the whole vibe of the place was just awkward and rude. it was also like $10 for two scoops of ice cream. the employee who checked us out was very sweet! she gets 5 stars, him not so much

Great ice cream. Hubby had the cinnamon, and I had the peanut butter cup. Both were amazing, and they give free taste samples to help you decide. This will become our go to ice cream place!
