It's the same burger that they sale around the rest of the park but just different toppings. The bread was stale. Asked for no tomatoe and was told all or nothing..oh and the fries are the same exact fries u can get at any food location at the park. THOSE ARE NOT FAT BURGER FRIES! They do the same with Johnny Rockets! Same dry cafeteria burger and over cooked fries everywhere. The franchise should step in because they're not selling the same foods and cost wayyy more.

The staff member in the kitchen told me as I was standing on line not to eat there. He shook his head no and said leave lol and judging by the reviews he saved me $20. Even the staff says not to eat there. Save your

I ordered a fat burger but asked to removed one of the toppings due to an allergy. They said they do not customize. I again said it was due to an allergy and they said this is Fatburger. We do not customize. They told me “Go to Johnny Rockets and they will make you what you want”. Very rude. Will never try to eat at one of these places again.

The staff didn’t ask if we had a season pass for the discount and when they rang up the order and we presented it to them, they said it was too late to recompute the order. They would not provide straws even to a disabled party that required one. They had straws but would only give them out for shakes. Terrible service and management. Food was subpar even for an amusement park stand.

I was there today December 28th with my 2 little kids and I had a cashier by the name of isabel. Let me tell you I have never experienced such slow and passive aggressive behavior from a cashier in my 37 years. Please reconsider this location. Please I beg you.

Pretty much the typical theme park six flags food experience. It took 2 years to get the food, the burger has good taste but is as dry as the Sahara desert, the poor staff is working overtime because they don't have enough people working, the fries are small, the soda tastes like dish washing fluid, and one burger with fries and a drink is 21 dollars with tax
