Walked in and could not even bring myself To order . The place looked so disgusting, melted buckets of ice cream on the counter tops, filthy glass and everything inside freezer burned. Walls look covered in dust and dirt. Outside sitting area didn’t look welcoming. Really just didn’t feel comfortable eating anything from there and decided to leave.

This ice cream is delicious!!! I must say it was a different take on hard ice cream. I am sad to give them only 2 stars because the store area and bathroom is filthy. Come on guys do better!! Your product has virtue and you’re the only game in town, but your employees are not doing the job that is most important in food service and that is side work cleanliness. Have some pride in yourselves it will take you far.

Entire place is filthy all the time. Same stains we saw around Christmas on the tables and chairs still there now in March. You walk in and it smells like a wet rag. If you walk by the ATM it smells like urine. There’s also abandoned snack machines that just collect dust. The freezers are filled with freezer burn everywhere, and never been cleaned. Same with the glass around the ice cream. Can barely see through the glass, have to squint when you try to order. If you try to take your ice cream outside then you’re sitting on broken patio furniture that’s barely hanging on, surrounded by trash and even abandoned cat carriers and broken patio umbrellas like a junk yard. Feel bad for the young girl who works there completely by herself.

Ordered Buffalo Chicken Pizza. But there is no Buffalo flavor. Doesn’t taste like Brick Oven Pizza either. Waste of time driving to this place from New Egypt. Price is also unreasonable. Guys go to Dominos nearby instead.

ice cream is amazingly delicious i definitely have to come back plus there ice cream and waffle cones are homemade!!
Went in, they were out of the guilt free ice cream. I decided to get the cake batter, it tasted exactly like mint ice cream! Then they ran out of whipped cream literally I got one little splash of it. Both my ice cream and my husbands were freezer burn including the strawberries. Luckily we don’t live in the area so we won’t be going back there.

Was looking forward to getting a sugar free ice cream but they only had badly freezer burned apricot flavor and banana so I had nothing! It didn’t even look good. What a disappointment. Not planning on going back again.
