The delivery arrived 1 1/2 hrs late, the restaurant is 6 minutes from point of delivery. Every time I called to see why my order was taking so long, the person/owner over the phone would say; the driver is on the way 10 more minutes , 5 minutes, let me call and check; ok 10 more minutes. Finally when the driver arrives 1.5 hrs later as I am on the phone to cancel the order, the person who answered/ owner ignored me, put me an mute and lacked basic customer care and support skills. I will never order from this restaurant again!

Ordered for first time after menu was left in our mailbox. Delivery was excellent and food was hot and so FRESH! Our food was delish, serving size was huge and my husband (critiques all!) said Best Chinese food! We are happy new customers! TY Hunan Wok!!

You need to state online and on your paper menu cheese wantons have crab meat in them , you made me so sick on my birthday and you wanted to make me something to else after getting sick and not me wanting to eat anymore. Your food was good up until today. I’ve ordered just cheese wantons before without crab meat. ?♀️

Got delivery … service fine but the food HORRIBLE. Shrimp sesame combo was so over cooked , mostly all breading and ROCK hard ! Chicken lomein combo was pure garlic ..chicken wings were just dried out bones. And “free” general tso tasted like hard ketchup rocks… never have I had food this bad ! . Will never order again ….. nor recommend . Only good out this meal was the fortune cookies . $60 worth of food and going bed hungry … SHAME

Ordered almost $100 worth of food for my birthday and it was all amazing and came out so fast. You know their food is quality when their general tso is 90% chicken and not breading. Owned by a small family that everyone should support. Thank you so much!
