Jersey Mike's Subs

This was the dirtiest Jersey Mike’s I had ever seen! I did however see someone walking around with a dustpan and broom so I thought maybe they were going to clean. I waited in line for five minutes by myself, no other customers were in the store and none of the employees even greeted me. The manager was sitting on the counter talking to four employees who were standing around doing nothing. One employee was filling online orders. I waited until someone finally acknowledged I was there and then I told them never mind and I walked out.

I'm not a sandwich guy, but if I'm gonna, its going to be with a Jersey Mike's. This was my first visit here and the people were friendly and the sandwich yummy. A wee pricey, but good.

Worst Jersey Mike's, I've been to. It looked dirty. Sandwich was made poorly. Barely any lettuce. Mushy. It collapsed as I tried to eat it. Drinks in fridge were warm. Gross.

Made me wait an extra 20 minutes to toast my sub when they don’t even have a toaster.. terrible experience & service. Never going back.

Upon picking up my order I watched the counter person garnish someone's sandwich, then proceed to the register to check them out. The issue is he never took off his gloves. Took cash and then went back to make the next persons sandwich with the same gloves. The register area was filthy ! I will not go back. I reached out to corporate but never heard back . Totally gross!

Absolutely love coming to the Jersey Mike’s in Jackson, NJ — it’s hands down one of the best spots in town thanks to the incredible crew. Jefferson, Kasey, Chris, and Nick bring the energy every time. Whether it’s Chris cracking jokes while slicing meat, or Kasey giving genuine recommendations like he’s known you forever, they make you feel like part of the Jersey Mike’s family the second you walk in. Jefferson always has a laid-back, chill vibe but gets sandwiches out quick with care, and Nick’s personality is just straight-up hilarious. He always finds a way to make you laugh, even if you’re having a rough day. They’re not just employees, they’re a whole experience.

And let’s not forget Ava at the register — seriously one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. She’s always smiling, super quick with your order, and keeps everything moving while still making everyone feel welcome. Even during the lunch rush when it’s crazy busy, she stays calm and kind, throwing in lighthearted conversation like it’s second nature. The whole team has this awesome chemistry that makes the store feel warm, fun, and just a good place to be. It’s more than just getting a sandwich, it’s a vibe, and it’s all because of them.

Staff wasn't very friendly what food was good as always

I usually avoid the jackson location and drive further to the howell location. The jackson location just doesn’t make the subs as good.

Ordered from here 3 times and 2 of the times there was hair in the food. Will not be back. Quality assurance doesn’t seem to be a priority at this location.

Always fresh and delicious! Good GF technique. Staff is always pleasant and hepful.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of options.

Dietary restrictions: GF roll available. I like it in a bowl. Always fresh. They wipe everything down and change gloves if they know you have celiac.

Twice in a row I had the best BLT I have EVER had in my life. The bacon is so crispy like a potato chip. Perfect.

We were regulars when we lived in town & we come back every chance we get. Service is always great & sandwiches on point. I would say this time I probably should've went a little easier on the "juice" since I added pickles & pepper relish to this sandwich but overall it was pretty darn good. See you next time!
