This place is amazing! It was the first time me and my wife were able to sit and eat while having the kids entertained with the small play area! And the food was amazing!!

The service here gets worse and worse everytime.

The amount of times I've ordered way in advance to walk in for it not to be ready and need to wait another 30 minutes is ridiculous, not a way to run a business and not a way any customer wants to be treated ever. Time is very important. The staff there are just not up to par. The timings on Google and the timings they tell are inaccurate as they close when they want to.

Again, the food/drinks are amazing but the service is so so bad :(

Been coming here for so long and the staff was alright but tonight the young Jewish lady was extremely rude . I think if you’re not Jewish you won’t get the good customer service it’s so sad .

Old salad that tastes old... this is the third time I've been there and the salad is old. The muffins are very sweet. For a place that values ​​quality of life and health... the juices are really good... the focus of the place should be only drinks!!! the atmosphere is not bad… but the chairs are horrible and uncomfortable!!!

It's a lovely family-owned place. This means the food is meticulously prepared and everything is done with care and human touch. 💚 It also means they may be understaffed or not perfectly clean...
But that doesn't stop the steady flow of Avery & Jay fans! ✨

Usually I go and have a good experience
But this past time very surprised I called into order and told her I want a small açai bowl when I got there to pick it up. It was more expensive than intended so they told me that it says you ordered a large and I ordered a small. I said I don’t want it, she responded OK, And turned away from me but did not give me an option to order a new one even though it’s gonna go to the garbage to me that’s lack of customer service very very turned off not sure if I’m coming there are many other options.
