This place is out of business. Tried calling and number was disconnected. Drove by and the entire building was completely trashed.
Decent food. Long wait. Could be more tidy.
I do not recommend this place. The food was bland and the eating area is unsanitary. There are bugs and rust on the table/chairs. The food was edible but It wouldn’t be my first choice.
i pulled up to this place thinking it was going to have some bomb mexican food due to the place looking like a dump hole in the wall and language barrier while ordering... nope... the food has zero flavor and we waited 40 mins for it. the beans are canned and the rice probably came out of a bag.. so disappointing.. this is all i managed to eat smh
My wife and I recently moved to New Egypt. Not much takeout near us, so we figured we would try Los Pinos in hopes of finding a solid go-to for Mexican. The ingredients are less than sub par, the food is seemingly not seasoned AT ALL, and a bit oily. They can only still be in business because of proximity to Six Flags. The shrimp fajitas I ordered were $18.95. Outrageous, considering the lack of quality. I would not recommend anyone going here in search of a good time.
The food wasn't bad but didn't have much flavor. Kinda bland for a Mexican Restaurant. The sour cream was great! The outside area where you have to sit wasn't real clean, weeds over grown and needes some attention. You can't eat inside so would be nice to feel somewhat clean outside.
Excellent authentic Mexican food conveniently located in a strip mall near Great Adventure.
I wanted to give a higher rating because our waitress was working so hard. She was the only one serving& there were close to 20 people there. She was so friendly. But unfortunately, I can't give a higher rating because while we were sitting there waiting we had to smash two cockroaches that were crawling on the windowsill next to us and the table. It was upsetting because it's not sanitary. I know bugs come in and out when it's busy but it's usually not a good sign that roaches are on your table. I have to wonder what condition the kitchen is in. It did take us over an hour to get our food because she was so overworked. She needed help. The food isn't bad but I felt it could use a little more flavor. I honestly won't be back because of the bugs.
Food is okay but alot cheaper than buying inside six flax
Haven't been able to get there in a year due to pandemic but it was well worth the wait!!! Still the best Mexican food around. I travel from Hamilton to Jackson just for the food

Oh my Rah!If you love Mexican food you need to check them out! Have a day at Six Flags and go here for dinner, trust me your family will be happy! Definitely try the shrimp burrito!
Does anyone know why they’ve been closed and if they’re going to open again?
This place is wonderful. Not only good food but good friendly people. Does anyone know why they’ve been closed? It’s been closed for a few weeks and I’m hoping they haven’t closed permanently. Please respond if you know what happened.
they’re so nice and sweet and all their food is fresh.
I have been meaning to try this place for years. I just haven't had a chance. Well I finally have tried it. I must start by saying I was surprised how good the food was, and the service was great! I didn't have high expectations, I'll say now that I would definitely come back again. Sorry there is no eating inside now because of covid, but it was fine, ordering on phone and eating outside, or in your car. All that said I had a Al Pastor Burrito, it was really good. I have had this dish many times and this was excellent, only thing was it's set up to eat with knife and fork, I would have preferred it wrapped with out cheese melted on top, this way I have a choice to eat it like a sandwich. The Torta sandwich was fine, but I suggest a thicker cut of chicken so it could be more moist, and maybe a chipotle sauce on the side. I like spice, also will help with dryness. If your still with me, I would like to add soming about the drinks, we had horchata and it was a bit watery, I would have liked a little sweeter and bit of cinnamon. The frozen Strawberry Lemonade was too sweet even for my 13 year old. But end of the day we enjoyed our time here and food and drinks well enough to return and try it again. When I come to Six Flags this will be my spot. Let me know what you think when you go.
