Luisa's Pizza, Pasta & More

Pizza delivered cold, cheese wasn’t even fully melted. Ordered a house salad- it was literally just spring mix lettuce with 2 slices of cucumber. Absolutely ridiculous. If they were closing and didn’t want to take a to go order an hour before closing they should have just said that instead of sending this half assed food. Won’t be ordering here again.

I just want a good buffalo chicken wrap. I tried out Luisas and the first time the wrap was almost perfect, perfect ratio of lettuce, tomato and perfectly sauced buffalo chicken. The biggest downfall was they grilled the wrap after assembly causing the lettuce and tomato's to turn to a goopy mess. unfortunately this was enough to make the wrap pretty unappetizing and left uneaten.

This time I requested the wrap be served cold. I noticed they still grilled the underside and I figured no big deal, they probably did it to seal it.
Bite into the thing and there is a sprinkle of lettuce, hunks of warm mushy tomatos and way too much chicken! PLEASE STOP GRILLING WRAPS WITH LETTUCE! lettuce should not be warmed, it turns goopy and gross :(

Brooklyn square up the road gives you a wrap full of barely sauced chicken and a sprinkle of soggy old lettuce and mushy tomatoes. Literally inedible.

I think I need to be in hoboken to secure a solid COLD wrap with good portions.

This place used to be decent, but I just ordered dinner from here and everything we got was just not good. The cheeseburger tasted old and was totally inedible, the garlic bread was hard and dry, and the Capri entree was very salty but also bland. The only thing decent was the mozzarella sticks, and they were cold. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I just spent over $50 here and we barely ate any of the food.

Excellent food, and service all of the workers are extremely kind and helpful and the food is amazing everytime with great consistency, don’t let the bad reviews fool you!!!

Pizza was pretty thin and small the crust was also thin as well as hard. The cheese didn't look too appealing either. This cost me six bucks.

Excellent dishes, super friendly staff, and the best spot for a classic plain pizza and garlic knots in Jackson by a long shot. Sauce is a 10/10, the ONLY downside for me personally is they use breaded mozzarella sticks instead of battetered but to each their own.

Parking: Large parking lot, plenty of spaces.

Figured I’d try this place. Everything came raw. The pizza was completely undercooked which caused it to be a soupy mess. The chicken parm sub was also very undercooked. The bread wasn’t even toasted. It was like they cut a fresh loaf, tossed it on there and wrapped it up. Very disappointing.

Ok. Order from here ALOT! Got mussels in red sauce and half weren't open. As a cook you should get rid of them! Total rip off and very disappointing.

It was a small place. Nothing crazy. The pizza was mediocre at best and for a slice and it's about 9 dollars. Which is way too much for any pizza let alone a mediocre one. I'll definitely never get a slice there again.
