Mamma Flora's Cucina

This is the dirtiest I’ve ever seen the place. Used napkins all over the floor, half eaten food too, nobody is disposing of their food. The Diet Coke was really nasty, feel like I could catch something just sitting in here. Six flags needs to step in and clean up the place because this is filthy and unacceptable! The workers just walk through the mess. $22 for a regular Diet Coke and one slice of pizza.

If there were 0 stars I would give it zero. Customer service was absolutely terrible with a pizza slice that is 16.99 that taste like cardboard with cheese on it.

this place is so shitty I had a ant in my food and many more unknown animals

With limited options at Six flags I decided to give this a go.

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak that had a lot of Steak and around 8 small pieces of onion and peppers. The bread wasn’t toasted enough so it got soggy at the bottom. Also the cheese was placed on top of the steak instead of being toasted inside the bread so it was very dry. Lucky they had some hot sauce to help with the dryness .

Total cost with a bottle of water that included fires was $24.

The table looked like war torn part of Uganda, I tried to clean it with some hand sanitizer and napkins but there was no hand sanitizer.

The young lad at the counter was great though!! Very polite and well trained and helped me when I was being slow. So big up to him.

Overall it’s okay if you’re not picky and are hungry but it’s it hot (no AC) and can be untidy.

Manager was externally rude and got attitude the service is horrible. She was asking if I couldn’t see thE manu, If you don’t like your job, you can give up. But don’t treat people with like that extremely unprofessional
