The inability to simply follow an online order is incredible. Multiple missing items, and the ones I do have are not the correct way I ordered them. The store was not busy, I was the only one in drive thru lane.

Ordered a 6 piece happy meal, 2 chicken whoppers and 2 drinks. Order came out cold. As in the bag and happy meal were actually ice cold, like they were stored in the freezer and just retrieved. The food was warm. However everything was overcooked. The chicken was too hard to eat and the nuggets were 4 not 6. I expected better from the Chapman family.

They gave me the wrong order through the drive in. I ordered a 1/4 lb. Cheese Burger. When I got home it was a fish sandwich, which I can't stand. They never have things correct. I feel like I just throw my money out the window. Will never go back again and will tell everyone I know to do the same.

On 3 occasions that I come to this branch they give me bad service. I ask for a burger with everything and they give me whatever they want. In the 3 cations I have to go back to correct my order and again they give it wrong. I think they are racist because the same thing happens when returning to this branch. He thought you should train your staff to provide pleasant service and much more to prepare your food.

McDonald's fell off a long time ago .now they have computers an they ignore folks at the counter.the meals are expensive. An the oil they use is never replaced on time..it looks like a dinosaur pit.

This McDonald's is awful! So inconsistent. Ordered a Filet of Fish, no cheese. It came with cheese and cold fries! Why are the fries cold at 5:45 pm...dinnertime?? I went thru the drive thru, so to wait in line for a return or replacement wasn't convenient for me. Order # 1230 on 5/9/24. You need better management and staff! TERRIBLE!
