Not the one who wants to give a negative review, it was my first time coming here but this meatball parm was one of the worst I’ve had & the bread was terrible.

My sister is new to the area and we stopped in to get a menu a week ago.
We were hoping we would find our forever new pizza place but that wasn’t the case.
This is what we received on our first delivery (ALL Cheese was stuck to the box)
When we called to inform the restaurant I had spoken to Joe he did apologize, but he cut me off, saying he had a line of customers that he needed to take care of as if I wasn’t a customer did not give me a refund nor did he send a new pizza and I told him that I would send him the picture of my pie but he refused.
One & done ✅ with this place.
Really truly wanted a delivery place but we tried Brooklyn Square our first day here and it was phenomenal. Definitely worth the drive. Forget delivery!

I had the meatball parm and it was decent but my friend Don had the mozzarella sticks and said
If you're a fan of comfort food, these mozzarella sticks are an absolute must-try! From the first bite, the crispy golden coating gives way to a perfectly gooey, melted cheese center that’s irresistibly satisfying. The balance of textures is spot on — crunchy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside. Each stick is flavorful and delicious, and they pair beautifully with the marinara dipping sauce, which adds a nice tangy kick. Whether as a snack or an appetizer, these mozzarella sticks are sure to hit the spot every time!

I just ordered from here and got two subs. The bread was thicker than the meat and cheese no joke it was like an inch and an half on both sides. and all I could taste was bread. It was so hard and dry, it felt like I was biting through cardboard—such poor quality, especially for an Italian spot. It literally felt like I was ripping cardboard with my teeth.

I might as well have gone to Wawa for a sub if I knew this was the quality I’d get. I called to let them know, and the man on the phone didn’t even seem to care. He just said, “Oh, you can ask for the bread to be scooped out next time.” Never in my life have I had to ask for the bread scooped out—LOL—and I get subs all the time!

Maybe their other menu items are good, but this experience was disappointing. I definitely won’t be ordering again, especially after receiving such mediocre customer service.

Revised review (2024)
I have been going to Mona Lisa for the past 4-5 years. We recently ordered a stuffed pizza, which went up in price, and was stuffed with less than half the ingredients it used to be. Less stuffing (spinach/mushroom) and more money. Guess that's the norm nowadays. Disappointed ☹️

Was a regular until today. The owner had the waiter inform me that they were not offering free refills anymore on fountain drinks. The most profitable item in the industry. They are giving smaller cups nickel and dining. The owner didn't even have the decency to say it himself. Officially off our list.

Mozzarella sticks on point. Vodka sauce was ok.
Waiter was great, attentive and listened to details.

Ordered a pie that was on the menu, got charged extra because the owner said it was a custom order and he didn't realize it was on the menu. New management is a joke. You are better off going to Brooklyn Square.
