The dude is nice and food is pretty good, my mom got the fish and chips, I really didn't get anything from there but I did eat the fries/chips. I do think they need more salt but it's still amazing. It's not undercooked and tasted fresh. Just like my review for Wok&Roll®, gotta respect a business run by immigrants.

My boyfriend and I stopped here after being at Six flags all day and wanted hot dogs. The food was fine but their customer service was not of our liking very dry and not welcoming. Don’t think I would support their business again.
I asked for barbecue sauce and was told I had to pay $1.50 for a little cup of it. I just wanted it on my fries. I was told only for chicken.

The fries are good but the fish is disgusting
I had an absolutely awful experience at Nathan’s in the Jackson outlets. The woman working in the back was shockingly rude and refused to give me a straw, without any explanation or reason. Her attitude was unprofessional and downright hostile, making me feel like my request was unreasonable when it clearly wasn’t. As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of respect and courtesy, but this was beyond unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest management address their customer service issues.

Worst Sandwich I ever had. Ordered a chicken Club Sandwich grilled. The chicken was all blackened, tasted stale. When I went to inform them, the attitude like trying to justify it and that you don’t understand how it should be.

Twice we went to try to have lunch this week. Once was at 11:30, and the gentleman working looked at us several times and let us stand there for 5 minutes before telling us they weren't open.Tried again today, at 12:10 on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, and again the gentleman working looked at us, let us wait, and told us he wasn't open for another 20 minutes.

I ordered a 5 piece chicken and they gave me a single hotdog. There was literally no one else there, I have no idea how they messed it up. Never going there again.

Wildly overpriced, $6-$7 for a plain hotdog. Closer to $8-$9 with chili and cheese. Got these because I recognized the Nathan’s brand and decided to give it a try.Arrived on a weekday and there was no one behind the counter, took a few minutes but someone came to help eventually and take my order. The sausage was shriveled and dry. Costco’s $1.50 hot hog is superior to these.I could probably make a better hotdog myself at home by buying Nathan’s from the supermarket.
