Twice we went to try to have lunch this week. Once was at 11:30, and the gentleman working looked at us several times and let us stand there for 5 minutes before telling us they weren't open.Tried again today, at 12:10 on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, and again the gentleman working looked at us, let us wait, and told us he wasn't open for another 20 minutes.

I ordered a 5 piece chicken and they gave me a single hotdog. There was literally no one else there, I have no idea how they messed it up. Never going there again.

my wife and I went to the jackson outlets and we got a little hunger so we decided to go to Nathan's. while walking our way down an employee from a sketchers exited out in front of us and we ended up following him into the food court. we saw the guy go behind the counter and start cooking his own food mind you he didn't wash his hands or wear gloves. the Nathan's employees didn't seem to care and were joking with him. he walked out not paying and I asked the lady that was there if he works there and she said no. when we tried to order she became very rude and irate and tried insulting us in Spanish. we understood everything she said and just end up walking out.

Wildly overpriced, $6-$7 for a plain hotdog. Closer to $8-$9 with chili and cheese. Got these because I recognized the Nathan’s brand and decided to give it a try.Arrived on a weekday and there was no one behind the counter, took a few minutes but someone came to help eventually and take my order. The sausage was shriveled and dry. Costco’s $1.50 hot hog is superior to these.I could probably make a better hotdog myself at home by buying Nathan’s from the supermarket.

I was excited to see a Nathan's at the Jackson Outlets. Visited on a Tuesday around 1-2pm, it was quiet. My kids each placed an order. My oldest picked the advertised $5.99 buffalo wings. When I received my receipt I showed the cashier that it rang up $7.99. He walks over to the sign & flips it to show the $7.99 tag. That's fine but no price adjustment was given. He just laughed about it. My kids & I really wanted our lunch so we sat & ate. Wow, the disappointment: wings & tenders were two different temperatures, the lemonade was warm (maybe a couple ice cubes), and the fries were the only thing going right for this business. Rewinding to us waiting for our order, a couple guys who looked like they worked at the mall come to the side of the line & placed orders for at least 4 people according to the amount of drinks that were handed out. But the kicker is that none of it was rung up. I don't care about anyone or friends taking care of each other, but it's definitely bad business to loose a returning customer over $2 and worse to also slap them in the face with the obvious handing out of goods for nothing in exchange. -- Well, nothing I was able to see, anyway.. ‍Ambiance was your below average food court with only about 3-4 placed to choose from: something Wok, Empanada place, Nathan's & Gloria Gean. I hope this review helps them improve customer service.

Not too much to say, to be honest. Came here and bought two very tiny hot dogs for ~$10. They tasted OK but were nothing great (and were definitely not cooked to order) and I couldn't believe how small the hot dogs were given the price. The service was acceptable. Overall, I can't imagine coming back here, although the food options at the outlet mall are pretty limited so I guess it's possible if I'm super hungry.

We were on a school trip and we’re getting food at a rest stop. Some people got food here and the worst part is that it came raw. We had to throw it all out. Some people also paid for food but had a 45 minute wait time and we weren’t gonna be their long. Never again.
