I’ve gone to this Panda Express handful of times and always have had nothing but great food and great/fast service. The drive thru has never been a problem to find too and if it was… people could just walk in. It’s sad to see so many negative reviews on a place that definitely doesn’t deserve them.

Lets start by saying the ppl who said they had a hard time finding the drive-thru weren't wrong! More signage needs to be placed to show where to go!I I ordered a plate and an extra side. Chow Mein noodles were bland and gummy. In the super greens, I was expecting bok choy. Instead, there was cabbage, kale, and broccoli. The chicken & mushrooms had a weird aftertaste. I haven't eaten at a Panda Express since the early 90s. I remember when they used to pile soo much food into your container, it was half the price, and it tasted good. This was absolute garbage. Last time for me ????♀️

All the workers at the Jackson store is so kind and all around a good staff. Honestly there the best workers I ever saw

Busy, busy and the team works their tails off. Customers on the other hand don’t clean up after themselves and making huge messes expecting the staff to clean up after themselves. Kudos to Justin. Professional, attentive and works with passion. He had a smile on his face the whole time during chaos. The team here tries their best. The customers need to do their part as well.

Ordered the sesame chicken and white rice. The chicken was tasty, however, the portion was not good. It consisted of three very small pieces of chicken and the rest were mostly tiny tiny pieces of chicken. It included three tiny string beans. Will try again one more time and see!
