Today was my second time going to this panda express. The first time was terrible but I figured I would give it a second chance since it is the closest one. I received the same exact service I did the first time. The food took a very long time to come out with no warning or anything. They took 25 minutes after I ordered in the drive thru and no one came to the window to let me know. The first time I came, I did dine in. The lines weren't very long but even after 30 minutes of waiting in line, I had to wait more for my food to be ready after paying for the food. The food tasted stale and undercooked, the tables and floor were disgusting. I would expect less if it wasn’t a brand new restaurant. For me to say this is the worst panda express i’ve ever been to is an understatement. Extended waits, terribly cooked food, small portions and terrible customer service.Side note for the pictures: The bowl was not opened and the bigger plate was after one bite.

This is my second bad experience at this location out of 3 visits. No problems at other more frequented locations. Today fried rice was out. They said they would bring to my table when fried rice was made. After 15 minutes and seeing 3 new customers get fried rice, I went back to the counter and they said they would do mine now. After another 5 minutes they made mine. 2 other new customers orders, with fried rice, were completed while I waited.

Beggars can't be choosers Being from the west coast, specifically Hawaii, we are spoiled when it comes to our previous Panda Express experiences. My husband and I have been dreaming for a Panda Express to open up on base, and this one is right within reach so we are satisfied. No the food quality is not up to par, but it definitely satisfies the craving we've had for Panda Express. If we could have it our way, they would also carry Chow Fun but we know that's typically only carried at the Hawaii locations. The food was cold, and not properly cooked. The orange chicken had a lot of batter and not very much meat. Overall, it was fine but did not blow us away. We will keep trying to see if it gets better.

Walking in the atmosphere was very nice dined in with family. The walnut shrimp, orange chicken, & mixed rice is delicious. The drive thru is also a plus just make sure your meal is correct. All employees move at a steady paste while presenting themselves professionally.

Visited this place since they opened recentlyThought of dining in but, it was freezing inside even people inside wearing full winter cloth while workingSecondly the appetizer potion is too little compared to the other chains. I even told that to the service person but, he wasn’t agreeing to take the commentsBrown rice is half cooked felt like eating rawWon’t visit here again!

Everything was good, just the portions for entrees were not satisfactory. Although I did use the drivethru maybe if I went inside I could've asked for a little more.
In response to the poor seating review, occupancy is listed at 49, not to mention they have a cool second story outdoor deck for the summer. Mumbles the cashier is gone, but I did see the headset cashier mentioned in another review, that I had to remind that I hadn't paid. Haha. She seemed very overwhelmed, ahh, to be 17 again right? I waited for my food because there wasn't enough prepared. Probably because customers are still coming irregularly. My food was delicious. I'm just happy to have clean Chinese food in the pineys. Not out of some 20 year old restaurant where who knows how clean it is.

Everything on my platter was dry and flavorless. The noodles were so dry and awful. Huge disappointment. Staff member who served my platter was rude and in a bad mood. Unpleasant experience won’t be back and do not recommend.

They really need to get organized and have 2 people at the front counter NOT HAVE ON A HEAD SET!!! Then 2 or 3 running the drive thru ONLY have on a head set. One person for each area packing up food and one person in each area taking money.
