Pizza note: the pizza (not the full pie) is not served as a slice but in a very small personal pie style. Lines were extremely long and also somewhat disorganized on a Thursday afternoon, and the overpriced ($14) pizza and breadstick at the end wasn't totally worth it. Helping make the lines a bit more distinct would be really helpful.

Pizza looked good but tasted like nothing even after adding the garlic and red flakes they leave for customers to use it still tasted bad . I think school pizza tasted better than this . It deserves way below a star

I try to stay as understanding as possible when it comes to places like this. However, when i went on Thursday (June 24th) I could not ignore how horrible my experience was. A worker named Aidan rang me up, and all was going fine. I ordered a chicken caesar salad and a regular sized tea. No big deal. I am then given the smaller, packaged, $6.99 salad with no chicken, despite paying $11.99 for the bigger one with chicken. The reason being because there was no chicken. I try to explain that i had paid $5 extra than what was being given to me. What truly confused me is that he then said it "would be right out." Strange, now I know I'm being lied to. Either it will come out and the no chicken was a lie, or it won't be out soon, and I was lied to about that. Turns out the latter was true. I was offered to swap it with something else, but because everything else was quite unhealthy and I didn't wish to make anything more complicated, I simply asked for my money back. Unfortunately it couldn't be that easy. Who I assume was a manager then came and processed the refund, all while not even looking at or addressing me. It's very hard to rate customer service when there quite literally isn't any. I was asked multiple times if it went through. No it didn't. Then they told me it would take 1-2 days. Over 72 hours later, it STILL has not been processed. So ultimately I'm out roughly $13 after tax on a salad I never even got, and was lied to on more than one occasion. I can't say I ever wish to order from here again. Though granted, I guess I've only ordered from here 1/2 of a time, it seems.Edit: that "1-2" days for the money back ended up being 5 days.
