Overall who doesn't love Rita's. There always seems to be a line and the wait time after you order takes more time then most Rita's. The team tends to make mistakes on orders which makes your wait time longer

Rita’s Ice Cream offers a satisfactory experience with a few pros and cons. The variety of flavors is impressive, catering to diverse preferences. The ice cream itself is creamy and enjoyable.

However, service can be inconsistent. While the staff is generally friendly, the wait times can be long, especially during peak hours. The seating area is limited, sometimes leading to a cramped feel.

The prices are reasonable, making it a good spot...

Over all my place at Rita’s was amazing. This one employee named Bayron gave me the most excellent costumer service. This was my first time trying Rita’s as i am new to this country & he guided me every step of the way in making my Rita’s experience, one of the best. He truly was an amazing help & a great employee. This was a 5 start experience!!!!
