Purchased two gelatis and a cup of custard. Machine ran out of custard midway through the second gelati. I asked for a refund for the rest, worker didn’t know how. Took my number and promised the manager would call to refund me for the desserts I never got. Still no call! Every time I call the number myself nobody answers. Will never return.

Nice place great

First, serving people with no masks and no distancing. Flies inside the window near food, bugs on the service shelf and dirty. Every time u order a specialty type item, it never tastes the same, the owners are NOT good people! The owners are horrible, nasty people who think U owe them something! Say one word and they threaten not to serve you. Nasty husband and wife duo have a big chip on their tiny shoulders and seriously need some adjusting!! Lucky I had my children with me and saw other kids in line, I had some things to ...say...for him, even tho they dropped the F bomb in front of us, I have respect for my kids and wouldn’t pursue, I assure you, we won’t be back to this low class, dirty establishment. Do yourselves a favor, adjust yourself and have some class, pick up a towel and clean something and learn how to deal with customers. Situations such as this is allowed once, will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!

It's always a fun and super treat to go to Rita's Italian ice! There are a variety of fruit flavors, custard options matching many people's tastes. Reasonable choice to go to Rita's. You can take Rita's to go or sit outdoors and enjoy. Wish it were summer!

When ever you drive by Rita's Ice's you see lines. The ice's come in small, medium, large. When you order medium it really look's like a large, it's more than enough. Rita's ices are truly the best. They have shakes, ices, cones, sundaes. You just gotta go.

Me and my partner had stopped in here after work because it was rally hot outside and we were both in the mood for Italian Ice. The place was very busy but we did not wait that long and we ordered 2 of their Italian Ice's and they were delicious, refreshing and had really great flavor and cooled the both of us right off. There was a lot of really hot women hanging outside of this place looking to spark up conversations with most of the men who were there and we were going to start talking with some of them but we really did not have the time and the next time we go here we will for sure. Keep up the great work Rita'a...!

It gets really crowded but the lines move surprisingly fast, so don't worry, even with 10 people in front of you, they serve quick. I love the soft serve orange and vanilla twist. It best to call up and ask what the soft serve flavors are as they frequently change. The standard soft serve is vanilla, chocolate, and vanilla chocolate blend. The other one can change from orange to mint to black rasberry to cheesecake, to cotton candy. They have a huge selection of flavored ices and you can get a combo ice and custard as well. But be prepared to spend around $5.00 for a medium size cup or cone.

My Mom & I bought a cup of Mint Chip Ice! The cashier lady was super friendly & polite! I was happy that she gave me a sample of Mint Chip to try first! � I have always loved Rita's because they have awesome flavors & a great staff!
