This company has unethical business practices. They signed up for a spam advertising company that will spam your number from MULTIPLE different numbers constantly even if you’ve never interacted with this business or consented to text message ads. I already opened two different cases with the FTC. This is illegal. It’s called The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) The TCPA prohibits unsolicited calls, faxes, and text messages for marketing purposes. I called and told the owner this and he got pissed and told me to just block the phone calls. Horrible business.

My partner ordered a burger without ketchup or mayo and they gave him a burger with both on it. He politely asked them to make it again as he can't eat it like that. This place is disgusting. They rinsed off the same burger and put it back in the same container thinking they were being slick about it. He can't have ketchup and mayo all they had to do was make a new one plain and they couldn't just do that for him. I don't trust that they're going to fix it the third time. Don't bother with this place they don't listen and they don't care. Update: he got a burger and no fries. How?!? How do you mess up that bad? How do you serve a hamburger without fries??? What a mess. He just wanted a bacon cheeseburger without condiments and he had to go through this whole thing with them.

This establishment has quickly become my preferred destination for pizza and cheesesteaks. They are one of the few establishments that consistently achieve the ideal seasoning balance in their cuisine. The portion sizes, even during the lunch service, are generous and suitable for leftovers. The staff demonstrates commendable courtesy and friendliness. Although my visits have been limited to a few occasions, each experience has been consistently positive, leaving me with no cause for complaint. I sincerely hope that they maintain their exceptional standards, as it is gratifying to witness the success of such establishments within our community.

Well the food was very delicious, today I had a problem with the service, I was on hold for about four minutes which isn’t a problem, but as soon as the girl answered it was very hard to understand her, but I placed my order and then she immediately hung up on me not taking my card information or asking me about my payment options. I assumed that it was my moms card on file since I had no cash on me so I thought it was already paid for. About 40-50 minutes go by then i get a phone call from the delivery girl saying shes here, I open my door and I do not see her. But I see a car in the middle of the road so then I go outside and see her knocking frantically on the wrong door. I live in a apartment complex and my number is 40 she was knocking on the house 48 which is extremely far from my house. I approach her and ask if that was for my apartment number she said no then proceeded to keep repeating the cost of the pizza, in the moment I thought it was another apartment number and I went to point her in the direction but instead she hands me the pizza and goes off to her car without a word. I thought the pizza was paid for but then i waited like two minutes and I get another phone call from her and I realized I have to pay her with cash I do not have. Luckily my sister had cash so I took it from her and I had to go out to her car which was a bit of a walk, like what the whole point of delivery is so that I don’t leave my house. She had no bit of remorse for the poor peoples house she kept banging on or apologize for that factor and even asked me how much change I needed. When I told her what happened with the phone the only response she had was shrugging at me saying she doesnt know. I have never been so irritated in my life especially on a day when I am not feeling so great, hopefully you guys do better with your delivery service cause I was not happy with it at all today, and teach your employees better manners

Gave girl $ 20.72 for a bill of $ 11.72 and got 5 singles change. Girl said that was correct and wouldn't give me correct change. I was going to leave $ 4 tip anyway but really hate scams. Too bad, food is good, but I will never go back.
The pizza was absolutely delicious. Then crust very crunchy and delicious sauce. I got a plain cheese pizza. I would’ve given it a five but the server could’ve cared less. There were no customers. I asked her to pepper on the pizza before she bought it and I got home and she had not done that. Didn’t do it.

Turns out it was delivered to the wrong house and the girl on the phone argued with me that I received it. When she sent the photo I had to point out the house number. Will never order with this place again just for the fact that the customer service I received was poor. I was repeatedly left on hold each time I called back. Finally the driver came back and gave me a refund for my card. They need to learn how to speak to customer Lo’s on the phone and learn how to read numbers.
