Rosko's Bagel's & Waffles

The bathroom is disgusting! It's filthy, there's no soap, the toilet is dirty, the floor is dirty. Disgusting! Filthy. Gross.

Don’t waste your time or money. The bagels used to be so good and now they suck. If you order on Grubhub and they don’t have what you ordered, they just pick a different bagel for you. They don’t reach out and ask what you’d like or even notify you. One of the worst bagels and AWFUL customer service.

The only good bagel shop in Howell has an owner that I don’t want to give my money to, so I have to come to Rosko’s.The problem is, their food is decent, but I typically have to come back because they messed up my order. Sure, I guess it’s my fault that I don’t check the bag when I leave. I mean, 5 out of the last 6 times I’ve ordered I’ve had to come back.Also, these eggs are supposedly scrambled.

Sorry but if an order calls for the egg over easy that means runny yoke.Yoke over easy = runnyYoke over hard = gummy

Great bagel. Got a BE&C, talked with another customer, good staff. W bagel spot, must go if you’re local.

Do not eat here. It has new management and the food is not good. Pork roll egg and cheese was cold and barely had anything on it. My daughter asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. We received a bagel not toasted with slight cream cheese on it. It is under new management that has driven the quality and cleanliness out of the business.

Please do not come here for any reason! There are plenty of other options. They made several mistakes on my order and never apologized. The lady working there has a poor attitude. She blamed it on the kitchen staff when she was the one taking the orders. For example, if you run out of everything bagels, you need to let the customer know before completing the order, common sense. I even overheard her talking about how "mad" she was when I went to pick up my food. Find a different job then lady. The owner has waffles and pancakes on the online menu and they no longer make or carry those items. This place is horrendous! Stay away!!

This was supposed to be a ham egg and cheese omelet and it is not everything is separate and the food was soggy.

Just got a belly buster and it’s not bussin like it was before . Must be different cook it’s all not the same . Please make the food the way it says

Two sesame bagels with cream cheese toasted. I recieve a sesame bagel not toasted with barely any cream cheese on it. I mean either they are extremely petty with providing good food or they are incompetent. AVOIDshould change the name to Rosko’s Scam Bagels

Used to love this place , always got the presswich. Last time I went, it was not even toasted and was nowhere near the quality it used to be. Buddy of mine went today and said the same thing about the food. Won’t be back

Man has this place gone downhill! Can't get orders right and if you're gonna raise prices how about putting enough cream cheese on the bagel. Lox was tasteless. Never going back. How about some good managment in there. Don't know how this place is even surviving!

The new owners have lost the great community vibe this place had. They discontinued the dozen bagel card (buy 10 get 1 free) and other promotions. They have removed the color from the walls. The place has no style or warmth to it. Everything is basic white. Bare walls etc.. The bagel sandwiches aren't as "belly busting" as they used to be. Sad that the old owners sold. Recently visited again and the bagels are now smaller than store bought bagels. The taste is not that of which it used to be. The sandwich I got was sad and prices have gone up. Not coming back. The counter staff doesn't really know what's going on with a few kids running the register.

This used to be the best bagel place. I would drive 45 minutes to buy their bagels. Not anymore. Must be new owners and new cooks. Their bagels are often burnt, never the same size, and don’t taste the same. The inside of the business looks terrible as well. Such a shame. There’s a better bagel place down the road a bit.
