What happened to customer service? Had dinner reservations at Solo Bella Brick Oven Pizza at 6:30. By 7:10 we are still waiting and find out that they sat another table ahead of us with the same name who had reservations after us. No apologies no nothing. We get told that it's no big deal, there are a lot of tables that are getting up so we will be seated shortly. We don't say anything and the hostess(the older lady) then proceeds to say to us that we should be thanking her. Thanking her??? For what?? Her snotty attitude? Good customer service goes a long way and this place definitely is lacking in this department. I will say the food was very good but will not be back.

Sola Bella, with very little notice, was able to accommodate us for the repast after our Dad’s funeral. We were provided a private area with amazing food and service. Our family wishes to thank them and we highly recommend this restaurant.

Very good Italian restaurant that gives you big portions of everything. I really liked the pasta fagoli soup and the godfather pie with sausage. And also the desserts that mount vesuvius cake is addictive. And I'm giving a shout out to my waitress Alexa she was so nice and made me laugh a lot. We will be back again soon.

I have been coming here for years. It is by far the best restaurant in town, in my opinion. The Sicilian calamari special blows my socks off every-time! The nice salad is amazing. My boyfriend and I are obsessed with the shrimp parm a la vodka with peas and pancetta. Best vodka sauce I have ever had. Service is always great! Micheal is always fantastic! Very nice and cozy restaurant BYOB!!

Did not make a reservation, yet there was little to no wait. Even thought the place was packed got seated within 5mins. The food from start to finish was right on point. Our server was average. Did not go beyond the general greeting and food to table service. Thus the reason for only 4stars. I would refer solo bella ro anyone for outstanding food.

One you walk in you are greeted kindly. The main area is a bit small so be prepared to stand. We waited for about 20 mins before getting seated. Solo Bella had an extensive menu. So, instead of going through it. We decided to take on the special which a 3 course dinner for 15 bucks! First off , you are served bread with olive oil - this was great and I love the addition of chopped olives in the oil! I order the salad, chicken parm, and cannoli. Our waitress was nice and got our orders to us fast. I wish she took our previous dishes away before serving us our different courses. I also wish she refilled our waters instead of us having to ask. As for our food, the salad tasted great, and fresh. The chicken parm was very good! The sauce had a lot of flavor and the chicken was cheesy and juicy! The cannoli was nice and crispy, and it tasted fresh. It wasn' t too sweet either, which I appreciate. Solo Bella is BYOB, we totally forgot to bring our own bottle! Also, bring cash! I think you can use a card but they charge extra when you use a card.

This is an amazing Italian eatery! We were attending a function there today, and we're very impressed with the staff and their attentiveness. And the food! It started with a variety of bread, garlic and stuffed appetizer rolls. We were then presented with a greens salad with Italian dressing. Next came a hot appetizer plate containing stuffed mushrooms, clams casino, garlic shrimp parmesan, stuffed mushrooms caps and fried ravioli. That was quickly followed by a fried Calamari that was lightly coated and tender . After allowing that to settle for a bit, we were served a small plate of Ziti pasta in a marinara sauce. The sauce was made with crushed tomatoes, garlic and herbs. The sauce was flavorful, but a tiny bit bitter. Once we finished the pasta course, our entrees were delivered, In my case I had the Eggplant Parmagian. The eggplant was cooked perfectly.. not overly firm but not mushy! The entrees were served with a family style bowl of roasted potatoes and garlic green beans. Dessert was an Italian Cream cake, which was light and delicious. I highly recommend you try Solo Bella if you are in the Jackson NJ area!!

Weekends they have terrific specials! It is busy, loud & crowded but mimics a big Italian family party you feel like you’re at home. Server was great. The clam special appetizer, lobster oreganata, and nice salad were superb! Gotta love their breadsticks with olive dip, all followed by my favorite dessert, cannoli, with an espresso! They need to enter a contest for cannolis, by far the best one I’ve ever had. No one else compares. Been coming for years, love this place!
